Lets start from the Beginning

Marinettes P.O.V.
When I was thirteen, I was given the ladybug miraculous. Now, don't get me wrong, I wouldnt trade Tikki for anything, but still, its hard. Chat Noir and I fought Hawkmoth for two years without too much trouble.
Sure, he preyed on peoples negative emotions, but hes a bad guy, theres not much you can do. He would cause some damage in Paris, but my miraculous cure fixed everything.
...
And then one day, it turned serious. Her name was Syren.
She was kicked off of her swim team because someone had spread terrible lies about her.
She was angry, understandable, conidering swimming is what she viewed as her life.
She flooded Paris, killing over seventy-five percent of the Parisians. I barely escaped, as I had no real warning on the akuma, because the school was the first place she flooded.
I had been on the roof, just escaping the lies and insults that had devoured the minds of my classmates. All becuse of one particular student.
Lie-la.
I sneered at the thought of her and my ex best friend, Alya.
She was the first one to believe Lila, followed by Nino. Not that I think he believed her, more like he just wanted to stay with his girlfriend.
I was snapped out of my thoughts by th blood curdling scream from below me. I jumped up to my feet, on high alert for the akuma.
Thats when I heard her.
Syren.
Her hauntingly beautiful voice was luring students into the classrooms, where she quickly flooded the rooms, drowning the students. By the time the students had snapped out of thier stupor, it was too late. They couldnt escape.
I watched in horror as she rendered the students helpless with her voice, before sending them into thier death.
I backed away quickly, calling on my transformation almost silently, before hiding on one of the rooftops next to the school.
I called Chat Noir in a panic, and of course, he didnt pick up.
"If there was ever a time I needed you, then nows the time kitty. Hurry up and get to Francoise Dupont High School. Hawkmoth has gone insane. The Akuma is drowning the students! Hurry up!"
I ended the voicemail and started frantically thinking of a plan.
'Alright Marinette, you need someone. Who do you need? Who do you need? Who. Do. You. Need? Aha! I know!'
Trying not to think to much at what I was leaving behind, I swung to Luke Coffaine's home, a boat. I prayed he was there. Silently, I landed on the boat, and crept through the halls, stopping at his door.
Softly, i knocked.
A few seconds later, the door opened, revealing Luka holding his guitar. His expression turned to one of surprise as he opened his mouth to, I assume, ask something.
Quickly, I covered his mouth with one hand and tilted my head towards tis bedroom, a silent question in my eyes.
He nodded once, and I retracted my hand, slipping past him into his room.
I watched nervously as he looked down the hallways before closing the door and sitting on his bed, watching me as I paced. He picked up hus guitar and stroked a few cords before saying, "Let me guess, you need Viperion?"
I snapped out of my daze and nodded at him. "Yes, but you need to know this. The akuma is calling herself Syren. She attacked Francois Dupont High School and started drowning them by luring them with her voice. I dont know where her akuma is, but I have a feeling I'm gonna need a second chance. Now, if you dont want to, I understand as this will be by far the worst akuma left. If you do accept, this will most likely be the most tramatizing of them all, but i need the power of second chance, one way or another."
"Ladybug, I will help you, but what about Chat Noir?"
I sighed. "Chat Noir is... I dont know where he is." Tears filled my eyes as I thought about the Akuma getting hold of my partner, as a superhero or civilian.
I hadnt realized Luka had stopped and gotten up until he put his hands on my shoulders.
"It will be alright Marinette. I will help you, and together, we will defeat the akuma. Now tell me, what is your plan."
"Right, well, i have special macaroons that will allow us to-WAIT WHAT! HOW DID YOU KNOW?!" I screeched.
He laughed softly at my outburst. "How could I not? Ladybug is you, only shes in an acknowledged superhero suit. Besides, how couldnt I recognize you Ma-Ma-Marinette?"
I stared at him in wonder before breaking out in a grin. "Well, I cant change the past, so... Heres my plan."
