A week had gone by and it was finally Christmas time in Brunuhville. Everything was beautiful and magical. They sky was a heavy white and at night, the colours of the northern lights were seen shining, lighting up the sky. Snow began to fall from the white, snowy clouds, landing on the ground, piling up. The roof tops of every house and the castle began to have a beautiful white blanket of snow cover them.

As the snow began to thicken, elves began to appear on sleighs that were being pulled by unicorns. The elves would pick up the Brunuhvillians and take them to where they wanted to go to.

In every home, families were placing decorations around their homes, placing Christmas tress up next to their fireplaces, allowing the magic of Christmas to fill every home, making the decorations come to life, allowing them to decoration the trees themselves.

Children were building snowmen, snow elves and many other snow figures. Families and friends were having snow ball fights. Teenagers were building ice castles in the snow while groups of magical folk went around singing Christmas songs, getting people into a bigger Christmas spirit.

Around every corner, down every straight path, street lanterns stood tall, gathering snow on top of them. Small, multicoloured dragons were lighting the candles inside of the lanterns, lighting up every path way.

Within Brunuhville castle, Alexa and Lena were hanging Christmas decorations around the throne room while Lee, Phoenix and Fox placed the Christmas tree up, allowing the decorations to do what they do beat. As the three men laughed and joked with each other, Alexa stopped to watch. The queen smiled at her son and her smiled grew wider when she felt her lover's arm snake around her waist, pulling her in close.

"What are you thinking of my love?" Lena questioned.

"How nice this all is but just wishing that mum, dad, Shinara and Leonard were here to celebrate with us." Alexa spoke.

"They are celebrating with us." Lena smiled.

"How are they?"

Lena clicked her fingers and a couple of seconds later, the throne room doors opened, revealing Tamara, Leo, Shinara and Leonard, walking into the room. Alexa's eyes widened at the sight of her family walking through the door and towards her.

"Are they?" Alexa questioned, looking at her girlfriend.

"Yes, they are solid."

Alexa smiled. The queen ran over to her family and embraced them all into a tight hug. Lena smiled as she watched her girlfriend.

Shinara walked over to Lena and the smiled soon faded from the dark haired woman's face.

"Hey Lena."

"Hey."

"I just wanted to say thank you for looking after Alexa. She has always needed you." Shinara spoke.

"And I her. She is my rock." Lena confessed as she looked over to the blonde haired woman and smiled.

"I know. Keep her safe."

"Trust me, I will."

Alexa came walking back over to Lena while Lee spent some time talking to his family. As Alexa reached Lena's side, she placed her hands around her girlfriend's neck and pulled her into a soft but passionate kiss. As the two parted, they began to pant for air.

"What was that for?" Lena questioned.

"Thank you and Merry Christmas." Alexa spoke as she looked up.

Lena followed Alexa's gaze and noticed mistletoe hanging just above their heads. Lena smiled and pulled the queen in to a hug.

"I love you Snow." Lena whispered into Alexa's ear.
