The sun has Risen on the tree of life and it is finally time for Kion and Vitani to return to the Pridelands
Rani: Kion, Just know you and your friends are always welcome at the tree of life
Kion: Thank you, your majesty
Vitani and Kion then left the tree of life in the direction of the pride lands
Time skip
Kion and Vitani Reached the edge of the pride lands
Kion was horrified
Kion: What did they do
Vitani: It's Horrible Isn't it
Kion: we need to find the others. where are they being held
Vitani motioned for Kion to follow, so he did
Kion and Vitani ran in the direction of Jasiri's den
Kion and Vitani stopped when the den was in view
two Lionesses were guarding the den
Vitani: I forgot about the Guards
Kion: Stay here
Kion then quietly moved so he was hiding behind the two guards
Kion then pounced on one slamming the lionesses head into the ground, knocking it out
then quickly pounced on the other doing the same thing
Kion motioned with his paw for Vitani to come over towards him
Kion: alright, is everyone held in this one den
Vitani: yes
Kion: you get everyone out, I will stand guard
Vitani nodded her head and went inside the den while Kion stood guard
after a few minutes Vitani emerged from the den followed by the royal family, the pride lands lionesses, and finally, Janja and Jasiris Clans
Kion: is that everyone
Vitani: yes
Kion: Okay, let's get them to where the others are waiting
Kion Motioned with his paw for everyone to follow
the pridelanders quickly ran in the direction of the outlands
once in the outlands Kion led the pridelanders to where Baliyo, the Tree of life warriors, and Chullun and Makucha were waiting
Kion then turned towards the pridelanders
Kion: is everyone ok
the pridelanders nodded, still confused on why they were trusting some lion
Kion: I know you may have some questions and I will answer them but first, Kiara, years ago you asked me how I knew what dirt tasted like, do you still want to know
Kiara: wait, Kion
Kion smiled
Kion: good to see you again
Kiara couldn't believe what she was hearing
tears were running down her face
Kiara jumped at Kion slamming headfirst into his chest, causing him to shift his footing
Kiara: why didn't you return, if you were still alive
Kion: I thought I failed, I thought you were dead
Kiara just cried into Kion's chest for a bit, before eventually stopping
Kion: we all need rest, tomorrow we go to war
all the lions and leopards then found somewhere comfortable to lie down and went to sleep
