"How old are you?" Fyodor asked, his accent was abundantly clear and it was beautiful.

"I'm 18, this is my break before college." Dazai smiled, "What about you?"

The boy gave a shrug. "I don't.... Know. All I know is that I'm probably going to be forced to stay with my parents."

"Eh? There's no shame in that." The brunette laughed.

Fyodor gave another shrug, "It's really not that. I just don't like living with them.. but don't get me wrong! I'm rather religious." He seemed to panic.

"I've actually joined religion rather recently." Dazai smiled at Fyodor. "You seem to believe whole-heartedly in your religion."

"I do, because at this point, everything I am doing is for my God." He seemed to have shown a lot of faith into his God.

Dazai couldn't help but ask more, "Why do you put so much faith in them? Who would you be without them?" He may not say it, but finding the answers truly meant nothing to him. If by anything, he wanted to know Fyodor more.

"I'd say.... Alone. My family made me practice everyday and I'm sure my religion is right for me. My God has lead all these sinful people. And I swear I won't become as sinful."

'Clearly that was impossible.' The brunette thought to himself. He was born not knowing who he was from the beginning. But what could he learn from a man like Fyodor? What is there to him that drew Dazai so close to him? "Say... You know your cello... When you play it, what emotion is it supposed to give off?"

You'd expect any musician to know this. However, Fyodor actually sat there and thought to himself. "I guess... It's more sombre, a more lustful play. It gives off these classical vibes because I want the person to feel that.. you could say." He chuckled to himself.

'Interesting,' Dazai thought. 'He had no clear way of explaining his music, is religious, has a different way of thinking... And he's rather close-minded...'

"Dazai!" There was a voice from outside.

The two turned back at the door, where it opened, "Ah. Odasaku." Dazai had a bright smile.

"I thought you ran off. Did you pick a book yet?" Odasaku asked.

Dazai was about to shrug it off when he realised he had been carrying the book all along. "Yes." He smiled. "Let's go Odasaku.~" The smile only grew wider.

"I'll be off, Fyodor. Remember to lock up before leaving, okay?" Odasaku smiled once Fyodor nodded.

"And that's when Ango started panicking because he forgot how to make spaghetti."

Dazai laughed, "Ango can be such an idiot sometimes, huh, Odasaku?"

"Well," Odasaku thought a little, "It is cute sometimes.."

The brunette's eyes widened, before going into a playful smile. "Odasaku has a crush! Odasaku has a crush!" He shouted as if he were a toddler.

"Dazai... No." Odasaku looked almost embarrassed.

"Odasaku, why did you leave Fyodor there?"

"Why are you asking that all of a sudden?"

"I just want to know!"

"His father owns the library, thing is that he's very religious. And because of that Fyodor barely goes anywhere except the library."

"Do you think...." Dazai trailed off a little, "He has an ability?" Dazai was actually really sure Fyodor might for some reason. There had to be a reason for being so isolated..

Odasaku chuckled, "Maybe, if so, he probably doesn't know it yet. Or maybe hasn't used it."

"Hm. I wonder how that would end up. I am anti-ability of course."

What was that feeling, Fyodor?
