I'm fucked up Clara.

So someone sunk Toppers boat.

Topper, mom and I are at the dock while they try and figure out what happened.

"Boat like this don't just sink, Dr. Thornton." The officer says

"How much is this going to cost me?"Mom asks

"Ah, submerged 24 hours, so you're lookin' at 25, 30k."

I swear my eyes just popped out of my head.

"And insurance won't cover it?" She asks

The man chuckles "no not for operator error. Plug wasn't in there."

Mom instantly looks at Topper.

"Why are you looking at me" he says

"Why do you think"she fires back

"I did not forget to put the plug in, mom. It's been sitting in the water a week." He tells her

"I thought that when you turned 16, you'd take more responsibility for your actions." She told him

"Mom, I did not do this! Are you kidding me?"
"You think I am that stupid ? Why is this my fault?" He asks

"Because it usually is" she sighs.

"I mean mom he does do some irresponsible things but to sink his own boat really have some faith in him I mean he's not a moron." I tell her.

"I wasn't speaking to you Clara." She snaps at me.

So Topper has come to a conclusion that it was Pope who sunk his boat.

"Why do you think it was him?" I ask

"Because Rafe jumped him" he tells me

"Well Rafe, if you would have left him alone Topper would still have a boat" I tell him as he glares at me for the 500th time this week.

"He's pressing charges" Rafe tells me

"Rafe! I told you not to tell her." Top yells at him

"I mean you should but he doesn't have the money Topper" I tell him

"I don't really care. He sunk my fucking boat Clara!" He yells at me getting a little to angry. I honestly don't know what to tell him cause I guess if someone did that to me I would also press charges but it's Pope and he is one of the nicest people I have ever met.

"There is the stupid movie thing tonight are you going?" Topper asks me

"Yeah I'm going with Florence and Flynn" I tell him.

Flo and Flynn decided to get ready at mine.

Flo is doing her makeup as Flynn is just sitting there smoking.

"Hey give me some of that"I say as I grab the joint out of his hand.

I start to find something to wear settling with some cream coloured shorts,a matching blouse and a navy bikini top under.

Once we get there Flo Insists I take a picture of her and Flynn and then him take one of us. It actually turned out cute and I will most likely post it later.

We are waiting for the movie to start when Rafe, Topper and his friends come and sit next to us.

"You guys want anything I'm going to get a drink?" I ask Flo and Lynn.

"Can I have popcorn?" Topper asks

"I mean I wasn't exactly asking you but fine" I tell him as I get up.

"I'm coming" Rafe says following me.We see Kie at the stand ordering something and Rafe decides to go up to her.

"Hey, Kie." He says and for some reason I felt a little jealous of the fact he is being nice to her.

"Hey,what's up"she says back while glaring at me.

"How are you?" He asks

"I'm fine"

"Good, good, tell your boy that we know what he did." He says. I smack him in the head.

"Rafe leave her alone she didn't do anything" I tell him.

"Sorry, what boy are you talking about?" Kie asks

"Uh, he'll know." He tells her as he walks away.

"Rafe why are you such an ass?" I ask him.

"I still need to get my drink and Tops popcorn." I tell him he nods and walks with me.

"Hi what can I get you?" The woman working asks me and Rafe.

"One popcorn and a sprite please." I tell her.

"Ok that will be 5.25$" I go to give her the money but Rafe pays before I get the chance. She passes me the food and as we are walking back I ask.

"Why did you pay for that?"

"I guess I'm not always an ass" he says and I smile and thank him.

"Here is your popcorn" I say passing it to him.

The movie finally starts. The boys all get up and head behind the screen me being curious I follow them. I see the boys fighting the pouges.

"Clara get out of here!" Rafe yells as he is holding down JJ throwing punches I walk over to him and pull him off.

"Rafe stop"

"Topper!" I yell as he has Pope in a chokehold. Everything is happening so fast I start to feel my breathing slow down and then Pope choking Topper I run over to him.

"Pope please let him go! Please!" He lets go and then they keep fighting Topper now on top. I look over and see Rafe just standing there I run over to him.

"Hey, look at me." I tells him gently grabbing his face to look at me .
"Rafe. Just breath." He looks like he is on the brink of a anxiety attack.

"Man it's on fire!" Someone yells
I grab Rafes hand and pull him to where I see Top and Kelce are.

Once we are outside of my house where the boys are staying over night.Rafe looks at me for a minute then pulls me in for a hug and of course I hug him back. I hear him sniffing a bit.

"Hey guys can you give us a minute please?" I ask them. They agree as they walk inside.

I pull apart from the hug and look at him.

"Come on let's sit down." I suggest. We both sit down on the door step.

"Rafe, What's wrong?" I ask him putting my hand on his knee, he looks at me and says.

"I'm fucked up Clara."
