Chapter 11 - First Fight as Mates

HI GUYS!

I am so sorry that I didn't update. I kind of hit a writer's block so I had to refresh and see where I wanted to go with this story. Anyway, I finished my college semester and I have two more to go, then I'll finally graduate!

NAVYA

"Who are you? And how do you know me?" I ask the five black wolves, who invaded our first date.

"I'm sure the werewolf world knows that you were rejected by ex-Beta Victor and you killed him. Now, you will pay for the consequences," a black wolf says.

"How?" I ask him.

"By your death!" Another wolf pounces but Liam jumps in front of me and pushes the wolf to the other side by using all his might. The wolf crumbles down to the ground and whimpers after receiving claw marks from Liam.

Liam immediately drags me to the car and keeps me inside. "Do as I say and stay in here." He closes the door behind him and turns into his wolf form.

How the hell can I stay in here while he fights with the wolves? He's clearly outnumbered. I know he's an Alpha but I worry for his safety. We don't know what the wolves are capable of. As I'm watching, I could tell that the wolves were advancing on him and I cannot sit in here and do anything. If my parents were here, they would tell me to go out there and fight.

I open the door and the wolves stop fighting with Liam and see me. Liam turns and I see anger shown on his face when he sees me outside of the car and not inside.

I told you to stay inside, he scolds me.

I'm an Omega and I've been trained to fight. Let me be.

I disregard his order and immediately turn into my wolf form, and the wolves look over at me, with drool dripping from their mouths. "Well, I see how any wolf would fall for you. You are one hot wolf."

Disgusting wolves!

I growl and three wolves go after Liam while the other two slowly walk to me. "It'd be better if we change into our human forms and take you as our snack," one wolf says.

"That would be the best birthday for me," the other wolf chimes in.

"It's your birthday? Well it looks like you will spend your last birthday today," I say and fire shoots out of my eyes, lighting this wolf on fire. The wolf whimpers in pain, but I let him burn to ash. I face the other wolf and his anger is over the roof.

"You will pay!" The wolf exclaims.

He jumps and aims for my neck with his sharp teeth, but I dodge by hitting him in the face with my paw. I go up to my two feet, pounce on the wolf, and hold him down. I use all my strength to hold him down and claw him in the neck and howl in pain. I let go of him with my teeth and he breathes his last breath.

I look over and see the other three wolves dead on the ground and Liam shifts into human form and goes behind a tree to change. I also turn and change in the car, and Liam sits in the driver's seat. He starts the jeep and drives to go home. 

"Liam?" I ask for him, but he doesn't say a word. "Liam?" Still no word. "Are you just going to ignore me the whole time?" I ask him and he still didn't say anything. "Liam, answer me!" I raise my voice.

Liam still didn't say anything and by the time we got home, he turned off the jeep and quickly walks towards the home. I go after him, we walk inside, and he goes straight upstairs. "Liam!" I call after him, but he ignores me.
