Settling in chaos

As the group of friends were passed out on the couch, the beautiful sun began to rise and shine brightly where they where sleeping. Plu rubbed his eyes, and began to yawn. Plu got up slowly to look around and see everyone in the group was passed out around him peacefully. He decided to surprise them by making breakfast, plu went to the kitchen and open the fridge, only to realize they had no food due to them just moving in last night. As Plu sighed in disappointment as a thought came in his head how lucky they are that the cabin was fully furnished before they arrived, that would've been a disaster.
"WAKE UP THE BEAR IS BACK" yelled Plu, at the top of his lungs to his friends. Summer, Mallory, and Max jumped up paralyzed with fear and running towards the door as they where slipping on the cold hardwood floor. Plu bursted in laughter and saying in a cocky voice "Ha, I knew that would work". Mallory grabbed her shoe from the ground and threw it at Plu's head, not enough to hurt him, but enough to make him shut up.
"So guys, can we go shopping to decorate" said Summer in a exciting tone. Mallory hated shopping, so she replied "No, we are going to play games instead. I brought my system from our trashy, old apartment". Summer then rolled her eyes as Max, ran towards the couch with the controller in his right hand to meet Mallory there. After a long pause, Plu replied to summer before she got sad and said, "I'll go with you Summer, I need socks because I forgot to pack mine". The group rolled their eyes at Plu in disappointment after he mentioned that comment. Summer was also disappointed Max and Mallory where going to leave her with Plu for the day, but Max then realized Summer and Plu shopping, is not a good mix. He got up off the couch fast and at last minute. Max then turned the gaming off and smiled at Summer. They all got dressed, put on their shoes, and headed out the door into the blowing, windy air.
They got in the van, and started to drive and listen to Mallory's rock music. It was a Sunday morning, so the roads where not that bad, but it was different driving in another state for Mallory. Max the. Said "Does anyone know where stores are, because I feel like we just got in the car and drove." Plu replied to Max, "Relax homie, stores are coming up on the left, I saw it on that billboard a couple miles back". "Plu, that billboard was a advertisement for cat litter what fare you talking about?" replied summer to Plu. Plu then said, "was it? Oh well guess it was just in my head", as he shrugged his shoulders and turned to look out his window at the mountains and cars moving by beside him.
After a little bit of driving Mallory found a strip mall with home decorating, groceries, clothes, and video games, so everyone could get what they needed. Mallory went to the video game shop on the far left, Plu went to get clothes, and since Summer wasn't allowed by herself because she wonders, her and Max went to get stuff to decorate, and get groceries for dinner.
Four hours later, the group met up in the van that the landlord brought by this morning, with all the things they needed. Mallory spent 600 dollars on a Virtual reality set, and the group was super excited to try it. Max and Summer got stuff to make tacos for dinner as well as wall art and candles, and Plu got socks.
Mallory speeded home, pulled in the driveway, and bursted in the house to try out her new toy. Max ran to the kitchen. If there is one thing Max loves, it is he loves cooking.
"Ugh I'm starving when is food going to be ready, just feed me already" groaned Summer as Mallory was fighting off zombies right next to her, about to hit her in the face on accident. Max replied "give me 45 minutes, and my tacos will change your life, and clog our new toilets".
For the next 45 minutes, Max cooked, Plu napped heavily, with a blanket over his head, and his new socks on, Mallory fought dragons and saved the world (VR headset), and Summer complained due to being hangry.
"Dinners ready!" Yelled Max, as the group teleported it seemed like to the table. The whole room got quiet as everyone stuffed their faces with Max's spicy, soft tacos. Max felt pretty accomplished, as the whole group talked the rest of the night about how satisfying Max's tacos tasted. 
A couple hours passed and the log cabin got quiet as the night went on. The group was tired from traveling yesterday, and shopping today, until suddenly, Plu came rushing in the room where everyone was watching tv. "Guys uh, the landlord called, he wants to meet with us in the morning at eight, he sounded mad and said it's urgent." Mallory replied "oh no, what did you do Plu". This time, they couldn't blame Plu.
