3rd Person POV

When Rebekah woke up the next morning she padded over to Kol's room were he was still sleeping and gently tried to shake him awake:
"Kol, god morgen."
"No it's not, you're trying to wake me up." He sleepily groaned pulling the quilt up higher.
"Come on, I'm hungry."
"So go have breakfast."
"I don't want to sit with mamma og pappa alone."
"You won't be, Lijah's back."
"Is he? How do you know?" Rebekah asked excitedly sitting on the bed.
"He came in to see us last night but you were already asleep." Kol replied half rolling over now to actually look at her.
"Oh. Well then, that'll be fine. You're awake now, are you coming?"
"Ten more minutes."
"Five."
"5-10."
"7 minutes and 30 seconds."
"Deal. Now go away and let me enjoy my 7.5 minutes." Kol conceded pushing Rebekah away as she laughed at her sleepy twin.

"Hallo." Rebekah greeted from the doorway now dressed for the day. "We're back!" Kol sang as they walked over to the table to greet their family. Rebekah immediately ran for Elijah who stood up to hug her, slightly lifting her off the ground as he held her tight.
"Oh they speak." Esther mockingly scolded as she politely hugged her youngest son. "You were back last night." Mikael pointed out.
"But we were jet lagged." Kol argued. "And I was injured." Rebekah added being an expert at playing the baby of the family card and Mikael nodded accepting the reason. "Hei pappa." She greeted him, placing a kiss on his cheek before taking her seat, followed by Kol.

Once the youngest royals were seated the staff brought out their breakfast to them and the family made light conversation politely catching up with each other before their parents got down to business. People might think being a prince or princess off for their summer holidays meant that they didn't have to do anything but they were wrong.

"Tvillinger, you'll have two weeks holiday now, and another two at your birthday - not including press events for it." Esther informed them as she listed the multitude of events the family would be hosting or attending over the next couple of months.
"Will Finn be back from the Navy for our birthday?" Rebekah asked wanting all of their family to be there despite the fact that their oldest brother was quite distant from them due to his age and job.
"He is scheduled to be. If not I'm sure we can work something out." Esther said smiling at the thought of her favourite child being home. Klaus and Kol looked at each other struggling not to roll their eyes at their mother's favouritism.
