A Hagakure x Leon Story

Switching Sides

~This chapter contains spoilers for the Mastermind!~

-Yasuhiro Hagakure-
I looked up from the table. It couldn't be...

He couldn't be...

But...

But he was. There he was. A bruised and battered Leon standing in front of us. I rubbed my eyes thinking i was hallucinating.

Leon still stood there.

OH CRAP!! ITS REAL!! I smiled at him. But then, Makoto's voice echoed through the silence. "LEON?! Y-YOU'RE DEAD!! HOW?!" he screamed, standing up, making his chair knock over.
"You better believe it," Leon answered calmly. " Your bullshit made me end up in there, but Monokuma's weak execution made me end up back here." He smiled and walked- well, limped- over to Makoto. "Y-YOU SHOULD BE PUNISHED FOR WHAT YOU DID!!" he spat. There were murmurs and shouts of agreement across the hall. "Whoa, hey, guys! Calm down!" I said, standing up and walking over to Leon.

-Leon Kuwata-
"Give the guy a chance!" Hiro said, walking over. He's... he's defending me? "He killed Maizono in self defence! Don't you guys think she deserved it more than the did?" I was shocked. I thought everyone would try and kill me again. "Sorry to interrupt your speech, Hagakure," Kyoko started, "but Kuwata attempted to cover up the evidence once murdering Maizono. I believe that if it really was self defence, he would have said what was going on instead of trying to hide it."
"Gimme a break!" I shot back. "She tried to kill me and I wont listen to your bullshit if it's the last thing i do! Go ahead! Kill me again for all I care! At least I wont have to listen to your crap again!"
"Dude, stop!" Hiro shouted. "No one's gonna kill anyone, 'kay?"
"-cough- Leon killed someone -cough-" interrupted. Whoever said that I would find out.

-Yasuhiro Hagakure-
"Shut up! My point is, give him a second chance! After knowing the consequences maybe he will shape up to be a better person!" I shouted. That was the end of that. No one said anything. I sighed and took Leon to my dorm.
"Thanks dude.." Leon said, wiping blood off his forehead.
"You okay?"
"Yeah! I mean, it will heal after a bit but I don't mind! I think I've had every injury in the book due to my..." His voice trailed off.
"...baseball career..."
I looked at him. "It's gonna be okay! I promise. We can get you to achieve the career you always wanted!"
He smiled at me weakly. "Imma go back to my dorm. Ill see you later!" he said, opening the door. He waved before closing the door behind him.

-Leon Kuwata-
I limped over to my old dorm and opened the door. Everything was the way I left it. I sat down on the bed and sighed. Everyone wanted me dead apart from Hiro. I smiled to myself. He's a true friend.

So you can probably guess that when my doorknob started rattling, I was scared for my life. I- I mean -ahem- not scared. At all. Heh... I thought it was someone who wanted to kill me, so I stayed put. I was relieved when it stopped. I layed back and tried to calm myself.

"Kuwata, darling, I have a question for you!"

I sat up straight, shaking. The door didn't open! How is someone here!? The person looked familiar. Sounded familiar. In a familiar situation.

Someone else thought to be dead.

"J-Junko!?" I breathed. "Aren't you-"
"Dead? NO WAY!!" she screeched, which surprised me.
"How are you not dead?!"
"Leon, that is not a conversation for right now. Instead," she said, sitting next to me, "I want to let you in on a little secret..."
Secret? What kind af a secret does she mean...?

"I'm the mastermind behind this all."
"wh-WHAT?!"
"LET ME FINISH, YOU REDHEAD BASTARD!!"
"Alright, alright! Keep your hair on, lady!"
She stayed silent for a while.

"And I would like you to be my apprentice."
