A Hagakure x Leon Story

"I have no secrets from you!"

~this chapter contains spoilers for death and trial 4!

-Yasuhiro Hagakure-

"Well, my crystal ball says otherwise-"
"Gimme this thing!"
Leon snatched the ball out af my hands and knocked on it.
"This crap's broken, dude."
"Hey! I've been doing this my whole life! I'm at least 30% right, yknow?"
He puts the ball back into my hands . "Well, if it says I'm not gonna be a musician then there's obviously something wrong, right?"
"Yeah, whatever."
I smirked as he started nagging me about the "broken" ball. When he (eventually) stopped, he sighed and said, "I wish killing games were this fun, huh." WHAT. I stared at him and blinked a few times in shock.
"Wait, no no! That came out wrong! I meant that- I mean- I wish it was always this fun, yknow?"
I stared at the ground. "Yeah. None of this murder crap. Just having fun as friends.." We both looked at eachother. Let's just say... that went on for a bit. It was like a staring competition! I've never won one of those! Then we both burst out laughing, for some reason (all the eye contact, most likely).

Apparently because of the action, and me and Hiro spending time a lot now, we miss important things.
So we both missed out on the murder of Sakura Ogami.
It wasn't until Monokuma announced that a body has been discovered, which scared the crap outta both of us. We looked at eachother and realised we're both safe.
But... I know that I'm not. When it comes to it eventually. Junko is already planning her big entrance, and she told me that I should be with her.
Sometimes I think if it was the right idea at all. But I saved Owada and Ishimaru... so that's good of me...
Right..?

"Hiro! Wait up!" I shouted, barely running over to him. "I was told they're in the medical room thingy, I think!" he shouted back. When we finally got there, the rest of us turned back to us standing in the doorway. "And where were you two?" Makoto asked, narrowing his eyes. "We were both in Hiro's room! Don't you guys try to say either one of us did this!" I yelled back, staring at Sakura's bleeding head across the room. Why are they always blaming me?? They're so paranoid that just because I murdered Sayaka in self defence, I'll kill someone else. Stupid logic from them.

~Time Skip~

"Alright, anyone find any interesting evidence near the scene?" Makoto began. I knew this would be a long trial- none of the evidence I found was linking to anyone, or anything. I looked over at Hiro. I knew we had to back eachother up if we wanted to get through this. "Nothin. The only stuff I saw was the blood on Sakura's head, really. And her protein shake bottle. But she has that with her all the time, right?"
Makoto looked up at me. "Right... but an intact protein bottle doesn't explain how Sakura was injured."
I stared at him. If not that, then what the hell else?
"Wasn't there broken glass on the floor when we arrived?" Kyoko asked. Damn, did I miss something? They might think I specifically missed that detail. Fuck.
"There was, actually... a blow to the head with something might've killed her!"
"WAIT!' Asahina shouted. "Hagakure, Togami and Fukawa were all invited to see Sakura!"
What?! I looked over to Hiro. Please tell me it's not true... I mouthed. He didn't reply, just stared at me with a scared look on his face. He didn't tell me about this..? "I k-know who did it!" Fukawa shouted, pointing...at Hiro. "It was H-Hagakure! I went to meet S-Sakura early but saw that he went in f-first! I waited to see what would happen, so I watched f-from a locker.."

Crap. Fukawa saw me? "..He went inside. S-Sakura said something before H-Hagakure took a bottle off a shelf and smashed it onto her head!" NO. No. No. This cannot be happening. I know I didn't kill her, I heard her as I panicked and ran from the scene thinking I did. I looked over at Leon to see if he could prove that I had nothing to do with it.
