No matter how much I tried to keep those damn strigois off me, it's just energy continuously getting wasted. I was trapped, over powered and it was as if death was coming closer as my vision began to blur.

With the last of my hope dissipating, I took a last glance at the retrieving figures of my group. I saw Dimitri and my mum, Janine, ran back for me but was stopped by the other guardians. Then a burning sensation burst from my neck to my whole body. "ROSE!" Dimitri shouted "NO", he managed to get lose from the guardians but was stop by Stan once again.

"We have to go!" Stan screamed to everyone but it was mostly directed to Dimitri and Janine. The last thing I said was "I love you" knowing it would be my last time to ever feel that way then everything went black.

I woke up feeling so much more powerful, I felt like I could push a truck with just one arm. I looked down and found my skin pale and looked up at the mirror to see red ringed iris. My molnija marks were visible as I tied my hair up in a bun. I walked around the building and found many strigois' looking at me, I killed as many of 'my kind' as there was probably on the record of an eighteen year old girl. Some snarled at me and some showed fear in their eyes.

I felt hungry and I went out of this hideout, then a hand jolted me back, I turned around to snarl at the unknown strigoi but was met with a familiar face "Rose, where are you going?" He was the strigoi that turned me into this.

"How do you know my name?" I ask, eyeing him warily.

"Oh, Rose. You're well known around here, with your guardian training and this powerful gift I have given you, you will become a very powerful strigoi, I'm Devin by the way" he said with venom in the word 'guardian'. I know he was a moroi, but the way his body is built is like a dhampirs'. "Let's take a walk later, I know you'd be hungry so I brought you something special. He pointed to a door then winked. He left me alone to see his 'special' something, I opened the door and saw....

He looked afraid, when Lissa and I returned to the academy, he spread out rumours about me being a blood whore. I was mad at him and now I feel the grudge I had on him again. "well, well. Who do we have here?" I ask walking towards him. I know Strigois' have a special ability but I'm not use to it yet so I just walk towards him.

"Rose?!? Oh god, no... ok I know we have our ups and downs but I know you're still there." He said, tears threatening to fall down his fear stricken eyes. "Let go of me, please Rose!" He was begging, but I felt nothing but hunger and I couldn't stop myself. I began to walk in his direction with a smirk on my face but what he said brought me into hesitation. "Think about DIMITRI!" I guess he knew about Dimitri and I, well I guess everyone does now.

I didn't feel anything but the sound of Dimitri's name brought me to let him go "Fine. Say 'Hi' to Lissa, Adrian, Christian and Dimitri for me would you" I smirked down at Jesse before kneeling down behind his tied up body, he was too restrained to use magic so I rested my chin on his shoulder which made him gasp and his heart beat faster with fear.

"Get off of me" he shouted.

"But you just smell so damn.... delicious, just a bite" I murmured softly in his ear and he began to struggle as he try to get the rope off, I stood up and looked at him with amusement, he looked so weak. I smiled at him sardonically before using my speed to go behind him and bite. He tasted so much better than he smelled.
