Update on Alyssa Ryan
Hi everyone it's Alyssa here! I know some of you are excited for a new chapter of 87 Below and it is on its way! A few updates on me and why I haven't updated in a hot minute:
- I am starting my senior year in college!
- I was recently promoted to a supervisor position at work
- I have been running (and will soon be finished with running because of my busy schedule) the Sunflower Book Club
- I have also revived my old community TheBeginnersBookClub (now The InterstellarWriters )
- I have also been working on finding a career in Cyber Security for when I finish my degree
Soooo yeah I've been really busy and I appreciate everyone's patience and the excited waiting for updates! The good news is, I will be updating more soon! When school starts, I will be able to update during my free time on campus. I don't live on campus, so I can't go home, thus forcing me to interact with others, work on school work, or find other ways to abide my time. Writing will likely be my option ;)

Request for my Readers
I wanted to ask for 2 favors from everyone. Please do take the time to vote on chapters you enjoy. This helps me see what chapters are good and which ones might need a bit of a touch-up. Please also comment if you can to let me know what you enjoyed and would like to see done differently. I LOVE and appreciate all the comments and critiques and will likely be replying to most of them!
Second favor, if you're a designer, artist, etc. I want to see your skills. I would love it if I could see some fanart for my characters and this story (I have had a few already and ADORE the work). I want to showcase your art with a shoutout and dedication in a chapter of your choosing! (as long as someone is not already dedicated to it). I will likely also check out your graphics shop, stories, and anything else I can to help support you as you've supported me by showing your love for my story :) Think of it as a contest in a sense. I will obviously follow my favorites and show some extra love. ( I think it would also be cool to see poetry, shorts, video mockups, music etc. of my story. I want to support all forms of art in this!)
So yes, please send your artwork my way (scene art, character art, aesthetics, cover mockups, etc.), and don't forget to comment on your favorite scenes and vote for your favorite chapters. Thank you all soooo much for 3K and almost 800 votes! I will continue this story and I imagine we have 20 chapters left roughly? Y'all are awesome and God bless <3
