534 days... It had been 534 days, 13 hours, 26 minutes, and 46 seconds since Toji Fushiguro had gotten divorced. You could say divorce takes its toll on those involved in it, but in all reality Toji had never felt freer. One of the downsides to being a free, hardworking man, however, was the fact that he hadn't seen his son in nearly 37 days. Toji was phased, yes, but only in the slightest bit.

He had been working with a company that paid him handsomely for about a week. Everytime he went in, he was greeted by your charming face. You would smile and offer some small talk until he had his meeting with the boss, receiving his mission for the day. Toji would have never taken a job such as this where he worked under somebody, but the pay was nice and well... So was your face.

You had been working at this company for quite some time before Toji ever showed up. You enjoyed such a simple job that was worth way less pay than what you received. All that was asked of you was that you kept quiet, remained loyal, and misled any wanderers who wound up in that building asking questions they shouldn't have. You knew all surface information about the company, as well as marks, employees (and their business), bounties, jujutsu life, and jujutsu clans. You were someone who was an outsider to it all and had a very minuscule amount of cursed energy. You had only been taught self defense in preparation for your job but that was as close as you ever got to real jujutsu and it didn't even count.

You had taken a liking to Toji Fushiguro, he was witty, sarcastic, blunt, and insanely hot. You were surprised to learn that he already had not one but two wives previously. The first one-- dead, and the second one-- divorced. You definitely hadn't expected something like that from a man like him, but hey, chef don't judge. You had been planning how you could get at him for quite some time now. Today was finally the day you would put your foolproof plan in action; ask him out for a drink after work. It was simple, but the easiest path is often the simplest so you had hope.

As you glanced out the large, tinted glass window that covered the entire skyscraper, you saw the very man you had been thinking of. He walked towards the building with his hands in his pockets while squinting his eyes slightly due to the sun's rays. You straightened all of the trinkets on your desk; pens, notepad, stapler, white out.

"Morning, (y/n)." A familiar gruff voice made your cheeks heat up. You looked up at the scarred lip of Toji Fushiguro.

"Good morning, Fushiguro-san. How has your morning been?" You asked, your signature smile quickly finding its way onto your face.

"Same ol' same ol'. What about you, hot stuff?" He returned, only making your ears grow hot now.

"Good." You nodded your head, keeping it ducked down while you typed on your computer to check him in.

"Great." He nodded his head, leaning against the desk, his elbow resting on the counter.

"Say, Fushiguro-san--"

"Toji... Just Toji." He stopped you. You looked up with wide eyes but quickly cleared your throat and continued.

"Toji. Would you maybe want to join me for a drink after work?" You asked, looking down at your hands shyly.

"Sure. Come by my place for that drink when you get off, I'll be finished way before then." He reached over to grab your notepad. You stuttered in protest but he grabbed your pen and scribbled down his address before sliding it back to you.

"I wrote my number too, call me when you're on your way." He winked as he made a phone calling motion with his hand.

"Fushiguro-san." The boss' assistant walked out and called to the man who had been flirting very heavily with you. He spared one more glance your way and wiggled his eyebrows at you while he walked away.

As soon as he was gone, you placed your hand over your heart, still in shock of all that he had just done. You didn't think he would actually invite you to his house, you just meant a bar. Not to mention he was so... Persuasive. He didn't ask at all, he basically just ordered you around and for some reason you didn't mind all that much.

The day dragged on far too slowly and finally the clock hit 5 and you were off. You practically ran out of the building, heading home to change before you texted Toji that you were on your way. When you made it to his apartment, you were stunned at the nice building in front of you; you forgot he was rich. When you made it to his door, your hand barely touched the door before it swung open, revealing a shirtless Toji wearing grey sweatpants hanging loosely and very... Very low. He had a towel draped over his head and was drying his hair.

"Sorry, I just got out of the shower. Do come in though." He practically purred at you. You were speechless so you walked in quickly. As soon as you were inside of the apartment, his hot breath was on your neck.

"U-Uh, Toji, I uh, I didn't know you were showering. I didn't mean to rush you." You stuttered as your breath hitched in your throat momentarily.

"It's okay, although if you really want to make up for it, I have a few ideas of how you can do that." His hand brushed the back of your neck, his fingers running through your hair ever so slightly before they rested high up in your shoulder.

You realised why this man was so dangerous and good at his job. He was so coercing and had the ability to freeze people with just a touch. This man behind you, in the grey sweatpants, was going to ruin you if you let him. The worst part was that you actually might allow him so long as you got to live those moments with him.
