ENDGAME SPOILERS AHEAD
Thanos was standing there, the gauntlet on his arm and his fingers ready to snap. But then a voice caught him off guard:
"They told him, 'Don't you ever come around here'
'Don't wanna see your face, you better disappear.'" It was Peter Quill. He was singing. It was strange.
"What?" Thanos's voice rumbled, his attention drawn away from the stones.
"The fire's in their eyes and their words are really clear," He continued, this time adding dance moves.
"So beat it, just beat it." The other Peter added.
Eventually, they got the song going on between them. By this point, Thanos really wanted to kill them, but they were both very slippery to catch. As the song went by, Shuri, a genius girl from Wakanda, added the backing music and harmonized with them. And before Thanos knew it everyone joined in. Including his own damn army!
"THAT IS ENOUGH!" He roared, lifting his hand into the air, fingers shaping themselves into a snapping position.
But, before the fingers could connect the music started again. And this time, it was as if it was killing his ears and brain. His hands reached up to grab his head and Tony took the chance to make an attempt for the gauntlet. However, he failed. Thanos swung Tony back and the music came to a halt. For the final time he brought his hand up and spoke:
"I am inevitable." Snap. Then nothing. Turning around he saw Tony, breathing heavily with all of the stones in his suit.
"And I... am... Iron Man." Snap.
The dance battle worked, but no one liked the outcome.
