Carl's POV - I looked at Ally through the corner of my eyes. She gave a disgusted look immediately after what happened. Seriously, why is she like this, there's no need for these faces!! She could tell Lilly the truth. Snapping me out of my thoughts Troy said " you can't go like this!!" He said aloud to Lilly who was escaping from our grips. "You think you can flee from us?? " I said going towards her. And placing my hand on her shoulder. "Yes I can," she said mischievously laughing, she then turned and saved herself from my grip. Shit. But I am not gonna leave her like that, I went into the kitchen, following her. She was hiding behind the kitchen counter. Of course, she was hiding from me, but this poor girl doesn't even know how to hide. I can see her forehead. I went near her. "Seems like someone needs classes of 'how to hide from your friends '" I said sitting on the counter. Firstly she looked at the door but she turned back. "I am here!!"
Lilly's POV - I heard Carl's voice. Crap! He found me. I was sure he might be grinning widely. If I get caught it might be like losing. I leaned forward so that I will be able to see where the hell was he standing. But I didn't find anything, I leaned back. 'It's not easy to find Lilly' I said to myself my head up, in pride. "I am here!!" I heard Carl's voice again. I looked up. He was sitting on the kitchen counter. Fuck!! I started laughing sheepishly. "Toddles!!!" I said and was about to run when he jumped in front of me. He smirked. Shit. I took a step back. He took a step front."Looks like my dear tomato wants to run" he said smirking. I rolled my eyes at it. "What do you want?" I asked so that I can go then. "I want to ask you something" his devilish smirk faded and he took a deep sigh after that "what??" "Ben-" was all he said. My face faded too. "He died," I said silently. "Oh-" he began and "It's all my fault." He said feeling guilty. "No man!! It's not your fault, it was just an accident." I tried to console him. "He died??" Suddenly we heard a voice from my back, it was Troy. And he heard it. Shit. Carl turned, looked at me worried, I nodded, gesturing him to tell, it's time for us to go and console Troy. Both of us stepped together and till then Troy was sitting on the couch, his face in his palms, I could feel he was sad. I placed a hand on his shoulder trying to comfort him. He pulled me down, I sat on the sofa, rubbing his back to ease his pain, Jake mouthed a 'what happened' I gestured to him that Troy discovered about Ben. He mouthed an 'ooh' and he sat beside Troy too. "Troy He'll be fine, wherever he is. Just Don't worry." He said silently. Jake lifted his face and suddenly hugged Jake. Well yeah, that was unexpected. But he did. Then he turned and hugged me. And sorry I might sound rude but that was a tight hug, I wasn't even able to breathe. We parted from the hug and Troy stood up. "Thank you guys, for being by my side," he said, tears rolling down his eyes. "Thanks for what, you are my jerk, Troy. Be like him." Carl said which made all of us laugh.
Time skip - after half an hour approx,
Author's POV - Everyone haves a light dinner, Made from the things available in the kitchen.
Lilly's POV - After dinner, We decided me and Ally will sleep together in the room upstairs. But the problem was, there were only two rooms in the house. And as we took the bigger room the three guys must adjust to the room left. "Guys adjust yourselves in the room we'll see where to sleep" Jake suggested looking at Ally and me. "Ok" Ally said. She grabbed my hand and pushed me towards the room. "But-"I started "shhh" but she shushed me, closing the door as we entered the room.
Carl's POV - Lilly and Ally both took the better room. Fuck. "So where are you guys gonna sleep??" Troy asked. "I mean it has only one bed which can barely carry two people, so I don't think we all can sleep here. And I want to be one of the two people who will sleep here so yeah who's gonna sleep with m??" Troy asked. This jerk seriously doesn't know how one can become cooperative "yeah you are right, let's do a thing, you and Carl should sleep in the room I'll be comfortable on the couch" Jake said. What me and this bastard. No way!!! "I'll sleep with you, after all even if you don't care about me but I do," I said ordering. Jake chuckled and Troy rolled his eyes. We grabbed the extra cushions and blankets And went downstairs.
Ally's POV - "But-" Lilly started "Shhh" I shushed her. This girl, seriously! After making sure there is silence outside I turned, the room was breathtakingly beautiful. There was a bed in the middle, all set. A Cupboard on a side and a big study table on which a lot of things were kept. Typical !!! In front of the bed, there was a dressing table on which a lot of stuff was kept. Lilly went near the dressing table. "It seems like the house owner is a SHE..." Lilly stated that made us laugh. I agreed. There was a small room that had cupboards on both sides of its wall, wow!! It seems like this house owner girl is very rich. I sighed and opened the door which lets me on the other side of that small changing room. As soon as I saw it I was amazed by the glass bathroom. Magnificent.

I came out. Lilly was lying on the bed. Gosh, this girl!!! She sat straight as she realised that I was staring at her. I sighed heavily. "Can you recognise this Cologne?? It's all over in the room. And I think it's certainly familiar " Lilly said. And actually, she was right, this Cologne was familiar. "Let me see at the dressing table, in case I find anything" I went there. Crap. This table contains a lot of bottles. From plastic bottles to glass bottles. Agghh!!! This thing sucks!!! Annoying. I turned my face in annoyance. When I saw a messy study table. Whoa, adorable room with messy study table, this combination is of course not well. I went near the study table to find why was it messy. "Seems like our house owner has left her house in a hurry," Lilly remarked. "Yeah, we can predict that" I replied. And the lazy girl landed on the bed again. "Hey! Why are you lying?? Don't you want to adore the beauty of the room" "shhh!! I am doing that only, checking the comfort of the bed is also a part of adoring or checking the beauty of the room" she said yawning. "Tosh" "hey! Get your British accent out of here!" she ordered and I rolled my eyes. I sighed. I continued to search on the study table if I get anything that will make the house owner identified. I removed the papers from the top. There was nothing useful. There was a book, a paper was coming out of it. I put it back and kept it beside the table. Then I opened the drawer and I saw a license. I saw it properly and I was completely shocked to find that it was Alice's. Yes, it belonged to ALICE.
