"Why are you angry?"

"I'm not angry." Bri replied as she sat on the couch.

Beyoncé suggested that Bri take a few anger management classes. Bri wasn't for it until she heard that if she completes the classes she could get back on the team.

"Then why did you hit the girl?" The therapist asked.

"Because I had already told the girl once to leave me alone and I wasn't going to tell her again." Bri said.

"But did you have to get physical?"

"No but apparently my words didn't seem to be working."  Bri responded.

Bri was starting to get a bit inpatient with this therapist but all for getting back on the team.

"Do you like to write or paint?"

"Huh? Uhm, I don't know. I never tried." Bri said.

"You should check it out. It's a good way to process your anger." She said. "What tends to happen when you get mad?"

"With who?"

"It could be with a random person, your parents, anyone." She said.

"Uhm, well with anyone I tend to shut down and my attitude takes over. I turn really mean and I'm very cutthroat."

"Even with your parents?"

"No, my attitude just comes fully out and I can be disrespectful." Bri said. "I don't mean to be that way it just happens."

The therapist nodded.

"How about you get a journal and anytime you're mad write or draw. I know you don't want to disrespect your parents."

"I don't." Bri said.

After talking to the therapist it was time to go. The session wasn't that bad in Bri's mind. She walked into the lobby and Kelly was waiting.

She stood when Bri walked towards her.

"How was it?" She asked picking up the car seat.

"Not that bad." Bri said. "I have to come back next week."

"Three sessions to go kiddo." Kelly said. "Come on, we have lunch plans."

Kelly drove to the restaurant were they met Bey and Ms. Tina.

"Hi ma, hi grandma." Bri said sitting down.

"Hey, how was the session?" Bey asked.

"Fine, she told me I should process my anger in writing or painting." She said.

"Do you want to do that?" Bey asked.

Bri shrugged.

"It's worth a try but it's like she was trying to get me to admit that I was an angry person. I'm actually a really happy individual." Bri said smiling. "Just people are annoying."

They laughed.

"So you don't like people?" Ms. Tina asked as Kelly passed her Titan.

"Not all people, just some." Bri said. "They could be quite annoying."

"Well these sessions will teach you how to deal with them in a positive way." Bey said.

Bri nodded and leaned on Ms. Tina.

"Mama, don't baby her." Bey said.

"Why not? I want to baby her." She said.

Bri smiled at Beyoncé.
