When he first met Blitzo was out of town when he went for a little event, that were he saw Blitzo and fell in love, but never got the change to talk to him, but by find out of his business he got in contact with him and made a 'Deal' with him.
Why he hates Blitzo family:
Stolas see them as competition for Blitzo's love and can't accept the fact that his is married to some other IMPs, and constantly tells himself that he will win his heart, And he also feel that Mille and Moxxie are in his way from that.
