It was dark, very dark.
Infront of what could be seen lied an electric purple platform. A circular platform with pillars of the same color that extended upwards endlessly into the darkness. Electric pulsed and cracked in the surrounding area. Everything else was was nothing but deep black abyss. Only this platform and what was on it could be seen.
Pure sadness and horror enveloped as what was happening on that platform was revealed.
At first the clashing of metal could be heard and flashes of lighting could be seen and heard. Sporadically quick movement took place until a large spear of lighting struck the entire platform creating a bed of paralyzing electric. It was then that the those emotions of sadness and horror truly enveloped.
A man of Blonde hair, golden eyes, a steadfast heart, and in Traveler's attire was brought to his knees. He huffed for air as he was winded, using his sword as support.
When his foe approached, he tried to stand but he was too weak, too drained.
He was fighting a women of pure power and strength. She ruled with an iron will and and electric fist. Her dark purple hair and light purple kimono reflected that of nobody, but the Shogun herself.
She slowly approached the Traveler, intimadation more apparent than ever.
He who carried the hopes and dreams of Inazuma and all it's peoples aspirations stood with all his might. He borrowed the strength of those people to with stand the electric current that flowed through his body.
Only to be struck down by an electric shapped Polearm weapon, once again that of which is wielded by the Shogun.
This time the Traveler laid flat on the ground, unable to get up. All of his energy spent.
An inexplicable pain shot through out the atmosphere. Sorrow of the nation cried in tears that of a river, one person in particular being the vast contributer to it. A complex feeling of disheartening emotions overcame the one who watched these events unfold.
It became unbearable as the flying fairy came from her pocket dimension, tears streaming down her tiny face.
Tears matches one's own as she moved down to the ground at his shoulder and began to shake his body with all of her strength.
"Get up!"
"Aether please get up!"
"Aether... please..." the fairy couldn't speak no more as her voice was choked out from the tears and lost hope.
Still no movement came from him as the Shogun stood above him.
An unimaginable pain soared through the heart of the watcher of these events. One who wanted to scream along with Paimon. One who wanted to rush to his aid and help, but couldn't move at all.
The Shogun who now summoned her sword of divine punishment now raised it high, directly above his chest.
The world went silent in the motion of her sword plunging downwards.
The sounds of crying, of electric, of despair all gone. The disturbing quietness drowned out everything to mere echos as the sword sieged his heart. Even the sound of Paimon screaming and crying no over and over felt a mere whisper.
And not before long...

With and Without You (AetherxAyaka)
FanfictionBasically a story where I put my own spin on what takes place in Inazuma. still the same story, but told in a different manner (with some extra splashes of originality). This story is slow, but with reason. I want to create a plot that is built off...
