"Umph!" Grunted the rogue straw hat ronin as he fell to the ground, a strong blow from the back of Aether's katana being the cause.
Aether wiped his Katana clean before sheathing it, then approaching the man who he attacked.
"You ought to stay down otherwise... you might be joining your friends sooner than expected." Aether said briefly glancing at the other dead ronin who...
...weren't so fortunate.
"I have nothing to say to you outsider..." he remarked as his face planted into the grass.
The man remained wordless, for he didn't want to satisfy his opponent with conversation.
There was nothing left to be said.
Aether crouched down over the man and placed a knee on his back, restraining the ronin. He then folded his arms and legs together before roping with binding.
He wasn't getting anywhere, at least not far enough for the Yashiro Commission to come collect him.
When Aether began walking away the man spoke
"So you're to leave me here bound and alone, left unto certain death?" His voice did not insight fear, but one who lacks emotion
Aether turned around quickly
"If it were up to me... you'd be dead, I can assure that. I'm well affiliated with the Yashiro Commission, even more aware of your misdeeds. The Kamisato Estate has placed a very high bounty on you for many things. Among these actions are incting panick and illegal violent conduct. Not to mention thievery and sabotage of public conventions" Aether snarled back.
The Ronin replied his question again, caring not for Aether's confrontation
"That doesn't answer my question."
"It sure does. Someone from the Yashiro Commission will collect you. If you aren't publicly hanged or executed, then they will hand you over to the Tenryou Commission. Who would love to let you rot away in a cell for as long as eternity will allow."
"What of the wild beasts and other sorts. They might kill me."
Aether shrugged his shoulders
"Given that you've managed to avoid capture until now... I reckon surviving near a beach for a couple of minutes should be something more than capable."
Aether walked away from the man he apprehended, now focusing on his Fairy friend who was jumping up and down essentially
"Great job Aether! The Yashiro Commission should be pleased with this one. Afterall, that guy was causing a lot of trouble."
Aether sighed
"I'm just glad I could help. Ayaka and Ayato got enough on their plates as is. The last thing they need right now is tracking down an rogue mercenary trying to turn the country upside down."
"Paimon agrees, helping those in need feels great..." the Fairt began drooling, revealing the truth behind her veil "...and they always have lots of mora!"
Aether chuckled at the typical Paimon behavior.
"I guess the Mora is nice. It covers the expenses of your never ending gluttony." He teased
"Hey! Paimon eats a lot to grow, it's perfectly natural and normal." She pouted.
"Reminds me of the time you wanted to befriend Ningguang." He smiled trying to laugh at the incident.
Paimon seen the event differently than Aether did. He thought the fairies anterior motives and child like thought process was rather humorous when it came to rich people. Paimon didn't see it that way; she was much rather more fixated on get rich quick schemes to solve her Mora problems.
