THIRD PERSON

The door cried as Jin pushed it open. Inside was dark, only the moon bringing a small amount of light into the family home. The two boys took off their shoes, ready to head to bed after their long night.

"And what do you think you two are doing?" A voice called as a single light in the kitchen turned on. Mrs. Kim sat in her robe at the island, glasses on and a frown glued to her face.

"It is 3 in the morning and you two are just walking in? Not the mention, Seokjin had committed to going to my company party," Mrs. Kim spoke. Jin winced when reminded of his promise of going to the company party.

"Mom-" Jimin tried to defend them but was quickly cut off.

"Nope, save it. Not only did you two stay out late, but I did not get a single message all night from you two," the boys looked down, guiltily. "You guys are grounded until further notice. And im especially disappointed in you Jin, what kinda of example are you setting for your younger brother?"

Jin bit his lip in shame.

"Go to your rooms, you're done for tonight," both sons made their way to their respective rooms in silence.

Mrs. Kim sighed before making her way to her own room.

The next morning, Jimin woke up groggily and made his way to the bathroom to get ready for the day. His head was pounding and he was still tired. He ate a small breakfast before taking painkillers and resting his head on the cool counter top.

"Good morning, little brother," Jin spoke.

Jimin groaned in response and kept his head down.

"Unlike you, I'm not hungover because Im responsible despite what your mother says," Jin tone dripping with annoyance as he recalled the lecture from the night before.

Mrs. Kim walked in, wearing a suit and heels, both young men immediately straighten up.

"Good morning boys."

"Morning mom," Jimin mumbled as he head slapped against the counter once again.

Mrs. Kim chose to ignore her youngest son and grabbed a glass and poured herself a drink. Jin looked at his mother before giving her a loud 'humpf!' before spinning on his feet and leaving the kitchen.

Mrs. Kim again ignored her sons weird behavior and left for work after reminding them that they were grounded.

"As if I have anywhere to be," Jin bitterly mumbled after she left.

"Hyung," Jimin whined and dragged his feet while going to the living room. "I miss Yoongi Hyung." Jimin whined pitifully.

"Well, I miss Namjoon but do you hear me complaining? Speaking of, what was going on when I walked up to you guys outside?" Jin questioned.

Jimin flushed before beginning to tell the story.
