The head of the family silently fell asleep with a heavy heart. His thoughts filled with his wife.

^°^°^°^ (A very long time skip, A week maybe?)^°^°^°^

The sun rise as the rooster crow. It had been a few days since kazuha went with the man. Papa silently opened his eyes then he stood up. Today was the day he will get his son back. He already gave enough time to that man.

He closed the door from the room and went straight to his office.

"Hanako, Akio, Haruto. I want you to send a message to my son, If he agrees then bring him back home. If no....You know what to do." Sitting down infront of his office table, he said those words with outmost seriousness. The three Shinobi nodded in unison.

"Bring the family exorcist with you. I don't want ghosts running to my son." He said coldly which made hanako shiver.

"Understood my Lord." The man in the middle said with a deep voice before the three if them disappear.

"Wait a little more kazuha, Papa will get you." He whispered as he looked at the window. The sky was extremely cloudy it seems that the rain will fall soon.

"Good morning, kazuha." Tomo whispered to kazuha's ear as he wrapped his arms around his waist. Kazuha opened one of his eyes then he kissed tomo in the cheek. Tomo smiled softly from the young rōnin's action. A few days ago the younger male accepted his feelings and also told him what he felt.

"Tomo." Kazuha called for tomo's name making the older male who was in the floor and was playing with yuki, looked up to stare at him.

"Remember what you said the other day?" As kazuha uttered those words his heart beat grew faster and faster, his cheeks was starting to turn red too.

"Which one?" However the older male didn't notice the young rōnin's expression, He was too busy tending yuki. The cat have been very clingy lately, it means she wanted attention too.

"The c-confession." Tomo stopped and stared at kazuha's blushing face. Although the young rōnin have a very serious expression, Tomo would have been serious if the blush wasn't there.

"Yeah what is it?" He fight the urge to smile. He shouldn't be laughing at kazuha he might get the young rōnin upset.

"I..." Kazuha looked away as he covered his mouth, his cheeks, ears, and neck was really red. Tomo's heart started to beat faster, will kazuha reject him? or the other way around?

"If love were like water I'd build you a fountain, And if love were like stone
I'd bring you a mountain." Kazuha removed his hand from his mouth and stared at tomo lovingly.

"Tomo, I love you."

Kazuha yawn as he slowly got up. He decided to temporary stop his adventures and stay with tomo instead. He looked outside the window and stared at the glowing grass. He smiled softly and went outside to play with yuki.

The cat was laying on the grass and was waiting for tomo to come back. Her master have left this morning to buy some stuff. And she was left alone to tend the house and kazuha.

Kazuha upon arriving outside carried yuki and place her on his lap and he sat down. It was really chilly in here.

"Hello yuki, how was your morning?" His calm voice echoed in the dark forest.

"Meow~" Yuki rub her head on kazuha's hands. She like the heat that the young rōnin produced and she also like his soothing voice.

Kazuha smiled softly and planted a kiss on yuki's head.

'Ha! Looks like I'm the new lover here master." She smugly thought as her eyes closed.

Kazuha stopped his action when he heard movements not too far from where they were. A familiar scent was on the wind, but this scent doesn't belong to tomo. Instead it belongs to the Kaedehara Shinobi.

Soon three man appeared and bowed respectfully to the young man. Kazuha clutch yuki tightly. What were they doing here?

"Greetings young master." Kazuha's face turned serious.

"What do you want?" He asked calmly and loosened his hold to yuki. Yuki who almost got choke, breathe a sigh of relief. She stared at the three unknown man and hissed. She didn't like them, the air around them was not good. Clearly they were up to no good but their actions stated that they meant no harm.

Ever since yuki was small, she was trained by tomo to see through a person wether they have bad intentions or not. And she never failed to see them.

"We were sent by the master." Kazuha's brow twitch by the word master.

'Papa? What would papa want from me?' Kazuha stared at them before hushing yuki.

"What does he want?" He asked slowly. The man in center raised his head and stared at kazuha right into his eyes.

"He wants me to pass this message to you.

"The maple leaves has retained its original greeny color. Kazuha, I your father already forgive about what you did. You did nothing wrong son. It was wrong of me to bandish you from the family without giving you a second chance. I want to see you again. Will you visit the kaedehara clan and have a little chat? I want to hear your recent adventures."

Is what he said." Kazuha blinked his eyes as his breathing becomes heavy.

'Papa..'

Yuki meowed and touch kazuha's face. She understand what the bad guys want. They want kazuha back.

Tomo walked slowly towards the house with a smile plastered on his face. He saw yuki dazedly sitting on a rock. His smile widen even more and went to his side to pat her. But something was wrong, why does it feel like she was sad?

"Is everything alright yuki?" He asked softly and carried the cat. Yuki's charcoal eyes stared at his lavender one. There was a hint if sadness from it.

"Meow~" Her voice sounded the same though. So what made her inner self sad?

"I bought you extra milk." He coaxed the cat and went inside. But strangely the house was silent. Kazuha should be awake by now but where is the young rōnin?

"Kazuha?" He called out before putting yuki and the stuff he bought to the ground. Tomo looked around the house but found out that kazuha was gone.

"Maybe he went outside?" Tomo mumbled and picked up the stuff he bought and went to the kitchen.

Yuki stared at tomo's back feeling lonely and heart broken.

'Master kazuha left already. I think he won't come back.'

"Papa wants me back?" Kazuha's voice rang throughout the forest. The spirits curiously peaked at the scene to see what was happening.

The man in the middle nodded as Kazuha enetered a deep thought. Yuki stared at kazuha in worry.

"Alright, Let's go then." He gently place yuki on the ground.

"Yuki, I'll be back later okay?" Kazuha reasured the cat when he felt that she was silent.

"Meow~" As kazuha walk towards them the man in the middle stared at yuki. His eyes was was saying everything.

'Expect nothing, We won't return him.'
