chapter 17

*Kimberly Pov*

The sky was still dark and gloomy like it had been for the last four days, the snow trickling down in sheets of white. You'd think you'd wake up on your 18th birthday and the outside would be bright and happy. Well not on my birthday obviously, just doom and gloom. I just wonder if the weather is trying to tell me something like today is doomed to be bad. Stupid I know right.

Fear of my first change tonight was racking through my body and the shaking in my hands just wouldn't stop. I heard to door slam open and I spun round to see it revealed my favourite little sister/cousin Liberty.

"HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY KIMBERLYYYY!!!" She squealed running into the room wrapping her arms around my waist. I must admit she was really small for her age.

"Thanks Lib, shall go see what Mr Calebs doing seen as I'm hungry?"I asked. She giggled everytime I would torment Caleb but seriously he was like the best cook ever.

"Yess! Maybe he'll make pancakes, his are better than mums" she giggled as we made our trip to the office, his scent was strong so I knew he was in there. Instead of asking him like a normal person I decided to wind him up a little , who could blame a girl my man was hot when he was mad.

I stood on the other side of the closed office door and shouted "CALEB I WANT PANCAKES!!" before scooping up Liberty and running into the kitchen to wait for him. Lets just say we didn't have to wait long, Liberty's eyes went wide so I knew he was behind me.Without turning round I spoke to him, I could hardly keep my face straight with wanting to laugh.

" Hey Caleb" I finally turned round and pecked him on the nose befpre running to the other side of the kitchen before he could grabbed me. He smirked a knowing look at me , damn what's he trying?

" Hey Liberty I'll get you that dress you wanted from Armani if you help me trap your sister" she looked to me sympathetically before turning back to him.

"Deal!"

I was trapped in 10 seconds flat, how the heck did that happen they must be a really good team. I scowled Libertys way as she walked out of the kitchen leaving me to deal with it alone.

"Traitor" I mumbled lifting my head ready to look into the eyes a pissed off mate. To my suprized he just looked highly amused that I was trying not to laugh my head off at Caleb.

" Now then Kimberly" Great he'd already thought of payback."Would you please explain to me why you were ordering me around" Grinning he made his way till he was stood right infront of me our body's touching he was that close.

"Because its my birthday and I woke up to an empty bed that's why !" I whined like a child.

"Well we got hours till yours and Kaylas party tonight soo..." his eyes sparked with a idea, oh god that look. Ofcourse in enough time to blink I was swept up over his shoulder as he was running towards our room.

"Caleb I am pefectly capable of walking" I stated.

"Well that wouldn't be quick enough" he chuckled as he pulled me onto the bed. His eyes turned black with lust as he pulled me down to straddle him. At that point I knew I'd made my decision.

"I'm ready. Mark me" I whispered leaning down to his ear. And trust me that's all he needed to here. Within seconds he was on top of me peppering kisses all the way down my jaw line to my neck, leaving a trail of lustful fire burning in his wake.

"Are you sure" he mumbled against my neck.

"Yes" and that was the truth I wanted nothing more.

"I love you Kimberly" my breath caught at his words.

"I love you too" I whispered before I felt his teeth sink into my neck.
