~Third Person's POV~
It was a quiet peaceful morning. Well, it was until a happy 4 year old girl burst into her parents room.
"Mommy, Daddy! Let's go to the park!" She hopped onto their bed, trying to wake them up with a hug. Her mother opened an eye and turned to face the girl.
"Hiyori....can mommy and daddy sleep first, please? Then later we can go to the park, ok?" She stroked her child's hair.
"Hmm...ok mommy!" Hiyori replied and dashed off.
"She sure is troublesome..." Stein whispered making the female giggle.
~Later that day~
"Yaay! The park!" Hiyori let go of her mothers hand and ran off to play with some kids.
"Be careful Hiyori!" Marie exclaimed, sighing she went to go sit down next to her loving husband.
He put a hand on her shoulder "don't worry she's fine...she is the daughter of a strong meister and weapon" he smiled gently.
"She's four for gods sake! What could she know about fighting?" Marie giggled and playfully punched Stein's shoulder. He chuckled and watched his daughter play around with the kids. Hiyori looked like her mother with orange short hair and bright orange eyes, she had her fathers personality, she was even intrested in disecting things for such a small child.
"Daddy! Mommy!" Hiyori came running with her orange hair bouncing back and forth. "Yes honey?" Marie replied sweetly.
"I want a little brother!"
Stein and Marie looked at each other with shock, Marie was blushing. Stein kneeled down to his daughters size "sorry but we can't have one now". Hiyori's eyes began to water.
"But daddy! I want a little brother!" She whined. People began to watch the little scene and Marie noticed thinking it was embarrasing.
Stein sighed "fine...mommy and I will talk about it" the small child wiped away her tears and beamed "Thank you daddy!"
The family packed up their things and were about to head home. "A little brother...a little brother yaaay!" Hiyori sang to herself. Stein smirked at Marie as she blushed. This was gonna be a long night.
