Child! Soul x Child! Maka: Little Fairy

Maka was an 8 year old girl who was happily living with her family. She liked it when her father would books to her, it was the best! One evening she asked her father to read a book about the forest to her and he agreed.

"Once upon a time the was a little deer who was lost in the woods. The poor little deer was scared, and didn't know what to do. Then he noticed something flashing behind a few trees. The deer went to go and check it out and found a magical fairy. The fairy walked towards the deer and asked 'whats wrong little deer' the deer replied 'i got separated from my family and I don't know what to do'. The fairy said 'follow me, I shall help you'. The deer followed the fairy and found its mother. 'Thank you fairy how can I repay you?' The deer's mother asked, 'no need, its just my job as a hero!'. Then the fairy left happily. The end"

Spirit closed the book and asked if she liked it. Maka nodded and got off his lap. "Daddy I'm gonna go play with some friends!". He chuckled and glanced at the clock and it said 5:00 pm. "Okay be back at 6". Maka nodded then sprinted off.

Maka lied to father she wasn't going to play with her friends, she was more interested in the fairy from the story. She didn't know if it was real or not. But that's why she was going right? To confirm that the fairy is real and not just some story.

When Maka arrived in front of a forest behind the big park next to her house, she gulped and took her first couple of steps. As she got in deeper she heard something crack. Maka turned around to look at what made the sound and found a bush behind her rustling. She screamed and ran for her dear life. After running and running for who knows how long, she stopped to rest. She got tired and fell asleep with her back against a tree.

~~~(Soul's Pov)~~~

I saw a strange girl go into the forest behind the park. Why would she go there, is she crazy!? I followed to see what she was doing and good thing she didn't notice me. As I was about to take another step, I accidentaly stepped on a broken branch and it made a loud crack.

I quickly hid behind a bush and heard the girl scream and run away. I was confused at why she ran away. Then again, if you started hearing weird sounds in the middle of forest you'd get scared. I felt bad for scaring her... hey I should go and help her out of here, she might be lost by now.

~~~(Maka's POV)~~~

I woke up and slowly rubbed my eyes. I looked around my surroundings and found myself....in a forest? Memories of what happened before I fell asleep came rushing in my head. I got of the ground and dusted myself. I wonder where I am? Wait I'm lost? That can't be! I'm scared what should I do!?

"Your finally awake!" A mysterious voice says and it sounded like it was coming from above. I looked up to find an albino boy with crimson red eyes staring at me, and a toothy grin palastered on his face. He had sharp teeth!

"Who are you?" I ask

"Who are you!" He replied

"I'm Maka Albarn!"

"And I'm Soul! Nice to meet ya!" He then jumped down from the tree and reached his hand to grab my hand.

"What are you doing?" I ask confused

He stopped and looked at my face with a blank expression. "What do you mean 'what am I doing' can't you see I'm helping you get back home!". I nodded and look at the sky, it was dark and sky was filled with pretty stars.

As we were walking we came across a little stream. I stopped and Soul looked at me confusingly.

"Its pretty."

Soul looked at the stream then back at me. "It sure is"

I glanced at Soul and caught him staring at me with a slight blush on his cheeks. He looked adorable! "Let's keep walking" he broke the silence and started walking. I suddenly remembered the story dad told me about, and I smiled thinking about it.

"Fairy..."

"Huh?" Soul looked back at me

"Your my fairy!" I said happily

Soul blushed again but this time a bit darker "Fairy?"

"Yup your my fairy who comes and saves me!" I giggle at my silly response

"Fairy huh...I like it" he smiled at me then suddenly hugged me. I hugged back and smiled.

"My little fairy...."
