(F/N) (L/N) was a curious little girl. She had beautiful (H/C) and pretty (E/C) orbs. She came from a rich family that was very successful in business. One day her parents were invited to a ball hosted by Lord Death. This was an excitment for your parents, but unfortunatley they couldn't find babysitter for their 11 year old daughter.

~~~Afternoon~~~

You were sitting on your balcony with your favorite butler, Sebastian. You asked him if he could read to you since your parents hardly pay attention to you, and he gladly accepted. As he finished you were about to leave but a maid stopped you.

"Lady (L/N) your parents would like to speak with you." She said as she escorted you to your parents room. You nodded in understandment as you skipped. Finally arriving at your parents room the maid stepped aside letting you go in first.

"Why have you called me here dear parents?" You asked as politly as possible

"We came to tell you that you will attend the ball with us next week." You father stated.

After a moment of akward silencen you decided to ask out of curiosty "were you not able to find a babysitter? And couldn't mister Sebastian take care of me if there were no babysitter?" (The other people who also worked in your house were getting that day off)

"No weren't able to find a babysitter and Sebatian said he had some important business to take of" your mother answered.

"Oh. What about my dress?" You asked with light sparkling in (E/C) eyes.

Your father chuckled at your enthusiasm and replied "Your maid Gumi-chan will help you pick out a dress tomorrow"

You nodded and left their room with excitment. You were definatly going to pick a pretty dress tomorrow!

~~~Next day~~~

You were in your parents black lamborghini riding through the town. Everytime you looked out the window you would see people gawking, looking or pointing at your car. You didn't really understand why they did that. But you cut off from your thoughts when the door opened revealing a gleeful girl with green hair. "Gumi Nee-Chan!" You hugged her and got out of the car. Gumi was sorta like an older sister to you, she always took care of you and helped with many things. She would also get you out of trouble if you did anything bad, but she always ends up teaching what things are right and wrong and boring stuff like that.

As soon as you got into the store you ran off to scan all the dresses. Gumi smiled and looked at you trying to figure out what you want. Your eyes sparkled when they landed at a certain (F/C) dress. It had cute little ruffles at the end of the dress and had two colors each it own ruffle, it had a ribbon on waist that was tied into a bow on your back (im sorry i am really bad at describing dresses, gomen!) You took it and held it out in front of Gumi. "What do you think, does it look good?"

Gumi stroked her imaginary beard to show that she was think as she studied the dress. "Go try it on" she gave you a warm smile. You returned the smile but then you looked down at the floor. She frowned as she kneeled down to your height and asked "what's wrong?" You looked up still avoiding eye contact and shyly answered "I need help with it.."

Gumi laughed at your shyness and you looked at her like she had gone mad. "You could've just asked, There's nothing to be shy off!" You smiled and headed towards the changing room. After changing into the dress, it turns out you didn't really need Gumi's help except zipping it up in the back. Gumi payed for the dress and you went home happily humming and thinking about how the ball will turn out.

~~~Day of the ball~~~

You watched as your mother was frantically running around and panicking. She kept mumbling something about getting the right makeup or something of the sort. You were ready and waiting for your parents to finish up. When they finished the three of you but not before saying goodbye to Gumi and Sebastian. When you arrived at the manor you were amazed by how it looked.

When you got off the car you looked around astonished with this magnificent building. "(F/N) hurry and let's go in!" Your mother grabbed your hand and led you inside. There was music being played and people dancing, eating or talked amongst themselves. While looking at all the people you noticed your parents had left you all alone! 'Oh no I'm lost I don't know where my parents are.....oh well might as well enjoy myself. You walked over to the table with drinks and you got a cup of fruit punch. You sat down and watched the people smiling, dancong and laughing.

"Why are you just sitting here?" A voice asked you. You turn to find a boy about your age with three odd stripes on his hair wearing a little tux.

"I don't know what to do?" You shrugged and took a sip from your cup. The boy remained silent and you noticed her was staring at you...no he looked like he was examining you. You got a little uncomfortable and went to go get a refill, but he only followed now examining your back. You felt a tug on your ribbon, you quickly turn around to find the culprit and turns out it was the boy from earlier.

"What are you doing!?" You snapped at him with a hint of blush on your face.

"What do you mean 'what am I doing'? I'm making you symmetrical!" He smirked satisfied with his work.

"Your weird!" You said as you made your way back to seat. "He what's your name?" You asked as he sat beside you. "My name is Death the Kid, but you can call me Kid!" He smiled. "I'm (F/N) (L/N) nice to meet you!" You returned the smile.

After talking with Kid for a bit you found out that his father was Lord Death himself! And he has some weird symmetry fetish, but beside that he was a great friend. You noticed that suddenly the people who were dancing stopped and the lights dimmed. Slow music started playing and couples started slow danicng together. Kid stood up and you looked at him confused, then he pulled out a rose from his tux and kneeled handing it to you. He looked at you with a red face and asked "may I have this dance?"

You happily accepted his offer and he escorted you to the dance floor. He wrapped his arm around your waist and held your other as you put free hand on his neck. Luckily you took dancing class before you already new how to dance.

"Princess..." you heard Kid mumble "hm?" You looked at his golden eyes. He kissed your cheek and hugged you "You're my Symmetrical Princess!"
