Which meant, the long stick for holding hands was not needed anymore.
Ranboo held her hand as they walked alongside each other. Even if one was trying to balance on top of the sidewalk and one was on the main path, their pinkies were still connected.
It was nice being a human.
"Sereia?" Ranboo bit his lip. "I wanna ask if, um..."
"If?" She waited for his question.
"...nothing, never mind." He forced a fake smile, and she nodded unsurely. He wanted to ask what they were now, like if they were just friends or something more, but he was afraid she didn't feel the same way.
"Did you know I called myself Michaela for a whole year?"
"What for?"
"I don't know. I guess I liked the sound of it. Then I got bored so I sticked to Sereia."
"I mean, both sounds pretty nice, but Sereia matches you better." Ranboo acknowledged, receiving a soft smile.
"Where are we going, by the way?" Tubbo broke the silence.
"I don't know. I'm just following you guys." Tommy shrugged.
"What?! We were following you!" Boomed Ranboo.
The blond boy laughed at their misunderstanding. "Well, where do you guys want to go?"
"To Philza and Mumza's!" Sereia and the enderman exclaimed, chuckling right after when they noticed they said it at the same time.
They visited the parent's house often, though Sereia was still intimidated by Philza. That's just how he is to everyone, and people in the server would still respect him, nonetheless.
Ranboo held his hand up for a high-five to the girl, but when she was about to hit it, her hand dropped.
"What's that?" Her attention was brought to something else. Ranboo frowned at the discontinued high-five, eyes following where hers went.
"That's Purpled's UFO." Tubbo answered.
She was unfamiliar with the name. "Who's Purpled?"
"This guy." Another boy appeared, wearing a purple jacket and black pants. His hair was a dark blond.
Sereia's mouth parted in surprise, glancing at the new boy and Tommy back and forth. They looked the same, heights likewise.
"Hey, he has purple eyes. I have blue." Tommy stated, as if he knew what the girl was thinking. Their only differences in appearance was the skin color. Purpled had a more tannish tone.
"You made that?!" She asked, pointing at the flying saucer with green and violet lasers that was connected with the ground.
"Yeah."
"Is it real?!"
"Yep."
"Is the green and violet thing some sort of elevator?!"
"Yes."
"Have you tried FLYING IT?!"
"Uh, nope."
"Oh." She pouted, but then squealed when she saw an adorable tamed white wolf. "IS THAT YOUR DOG?!"
"Ahuh. Name's DogChamp." He tossed a bone at it.
"PUPPY!-"
Before she could tackle the dog, Tommy dragged her as they were beginning to walk away. "Alright, that's enough playtime for you, Sere."
"What?" She pouted, but Tommy wasn't letting go of her. "Okay...Purpled!"
"Hm?"
"You should fly it sometime!" She suggested with a wave. "Goodbye!"
Purpled scanned his UFO, thinking about what she said. He felt eyes on him, and saw Ranboo leering at him with a plain expression.
"Let's go, Boo!" The ram called.
At the time they entered L'Manberg, a murder of crows approached them. This wasn't a good sign.
They all rushed to Philza's abode, but the crows stopped the half enderman from entering. He was pitifully taken aback.
"Boo, you can't. Please wait for us with with Mumza, okay?" Tubbo reported, not waiting for an answer before leaving him.
Ranboo wanted to give Sereia a subtle wave before attending to what the crows led them, but she seemed to be busy and didn't notice him.
The door shut on him.
In the meantime, the girl, the blond boy, and the ram encountered Philza as his crows surrounded them. The last time the crows told Sereia that Ranboo locked himself up in his room and only she can help.
That's when she realized she ignored him when the crows arrived. She wanted to excuse herself for a second to reassure Ranboo, but Philza didn't allow her.
"Boo's with Mumza. Don't worry." The ram whispered.
"What is it this time, Phil?" Tommy interrogated.
The elderly man stood in front of them with arms folded, a stern look plastered on his face like always. "I received a letter from Dream."
Tommy's brows furrowed the moment he heard Dream's name. The amount of anger he had for him was astronomical.
"What about him?" He gritted his teeth, ears open. Sereia felt guilty.
"He announced a war between Manberg and Pogtopia tomorrow. He also added," Phil's voice was solemn. "There will be a traitor."
