[• Part 2•]

I woke up quickly as my blankets were pulled off of me and my curtains were pulled open letting the sunlight hit my eyes.

"Alright, wakey wakey get up!" My roommate Sharon said.

"Ugh your great aunt was so much better at waking me up in the morning" I said.

"Oh really? Was it the 'Alright everybody up! The last one up has to run 5 miles get up!'" She said mimicking how her great aunt would have woken up us soldiers "or was it the danger alarms that she would make sure were turned on every morning?" She asked.

"Alright I get your point! I'm up!" I said putting my hands up in defense. "Ugh the city looks like complete shit" I said looking out the window.

"Yeah I'm glad we weren't here when the attack happened" she said.

"Yeah, couldn't imagine seeing those aliens, must've been terrifying" I said.

"Yeah"

"But hey at least we got to finally visit Italy?" I said.

"Yeah and that other place.. what was the name?" She asked.

"Armenia" I replied.

"Oh yeah! Armenia, it was beautiful"

"It really was. So hav you talked to Darcy or Jane?..." I asked.

"Or Steve?" She said.

"What?"

"I knew you wanted to ask about him too"

"I don't think he'd want to talk to me, I lied to him about who I really am" I said.

"It was for your own safety! And yes he has asked about you, a lot actually, he's starting to make me want to quit working at S.H.I.E.L.D" she said sarcastically.

"Really?" I asked.

"Yes! He was your best friend, I think you should talk to him" she said.

"Sharon I literally lied to him, faked my death, and then when he came out of the ice and met you he saw me, your roommate, and immediately knew I was his best friend and lied to him" I said.

"Okay we get it, you lied to him. But you also saved him many times" she said.

"Yeah... I did" I said.

"I still can't get over that fight you and my great aunt had" she laughed.

"She had it coming. She made me think my best friend was dead. I didn't talk to her for weeks after that" I said.

"And who patched things up?"

"Bucky and Steve" I laughed.

"See? He's always going to be here for you" she smiled.

"You're the best"

"I know"

"Ugh let's just go get coffee" I smiled and went to get ready.

After we got ready, Sharon and I met up with Darcy and Jane and went out for coffee. I met Darcy in front of a coffee shop, I was late for work so I rushed out of the shop spilling my coffee on her and after an endless amount of apologizing i asked her out for coffee as a way to make up for it. I met Jane through Darcy. I met Sharon because I had just moved to New York and was looking for a place to stay and Coincidentally Sharon was looking for a roommate. Darcy and I dated for a bit but it didn't work out so we decided to stay friends which was probably for the best.

After getting our coffee the girls and I walked to Central Park and sat down on a bench. I always loved Central Park, it's big and beautiful and we have a lot of memories here.
