Charlie had rushed into the living room, while on the other hand Ted quickly helped Schlatt walk in, letting him lean against him as they both rushed in.

"Holy shit.." Ted said a bit surprised as he stared at the TV. "So much for the news not covering it.."

Minx turned the TV up, before shushing the others. "All of ya shut up, listen to the fockin' headline.."

There was a reporter standing in front of the building, microphone in hand. "I'm here today standing at the scene of the crime, where allegedly a few people set the building on fire and fled the scene."

"Investigators have confirmed that the cause of the fire was supposedly gunshots to the engine of a working vehicle." The reporter continued on, "They have also confirmed human blood to be by the scene of the car, but no human remains have been found in the area of the starting fire."

All of you froze for a moment, you could feel yourself gripping onto the couch. ".. No human remains were found in that room..?" Charlie muttered quietly, almost in disbelief.

Ted quickly began to shake his head, helping Schlatt sit down on one of the couches. "No.. no, no, no. That's impossible.. right? We was right next to the fucking car when it blew up! There's no way in hell he's still alive!"

"At this point, we don't know." Schlatt said with a small growl, sitting up a bit. "But all I know is that if that fucker is still alive, he's gonna do anything he can to make sure we get taken down."

"And who knows who he has in his contacts.." You said softly, leaning back in your chair. "I mean, you guys saw how many people he had with him.."

Beginning to pace around, Ted gave a heavy sigh. "Most of those members most likely died or were injured in the fire, though. And if they weren't, they probably left out of the frustration. Which means.."

"If that happened, Swagger's currently by himself. Hopefully." Schlatt added on, finishing Ted's sentence. "And if he is alone, it won't be for long. Like Y/N said, he's most likely got contacts.."

You messed around with your thumbs, growing more and more nervous. "So if he finds us, what are we gonna do..?" You asked softly, looking at the guys.

All three of them just sat there in silence for a moment, before Minx stood up, letting out a huff. "I'll tell ya what we're gonna do, we're gonna kick some 4'0 ass."

"And what if he has people with him, Minx? He'll know how to outnumber us." Schlatt asked, crossing his arms.

Rolling her eyes at him, Minx scoffed and put her hands on her hips. "He's not the only one who has contacts, you dumb fock." She glanced at Schlatt. "I definitely have a few. And I know you guys do, too."

"Oh, sure. Closest person we've got at the moment is you and Tommy. Who knows what the others are up to." Schlatt said, slowly trying to stand for a moment, only to just grip back onto the couch and sit back down.

Minx raised an eyebrow, looking at Schlatt. "What's so bad about Tommy? Have you seen that fockin' kid with a gun? He's insane."

"You gotta keep in mind that he's also a kid, Minx. Do you know how much guilt every single one of us would have if he happened to get hurt?" Schlatt gave a huff, a bit aggravated now. "Plus if he's out too late his mom will notice. Usually when we make deals with him it's late at night."

Sighing, Minx gave a slow nod. "True. But we have other people too, Schlatt. And if you guys wanna be a bunch of pussies, then I'll make the calls."

"Let's not get ahead of ourself.." Charlie said rather calmly, trying to ease the mood. "We don't even know if he's still out there! And if he is, we don't know if he's still planning to come after us.." He sighed. "Let's just all relax for now. Schlatt is still injured and we're all still exhausted, we at least need a break before we start calling shots."
