"...Is that really you?" Karma took a step closer. You became wide awake and quickly stood up. "The L/n family has a daughter?"
"Please keep this a secret." You asked and Karma nodded. "I'll explain." You sat on your bed and you motioned for Karma to sit on your chair.
"My name is not Haru. It's L/n Y/n. Yes, I am going to be the first girl to be titled, Diviner." You spoke. "Since I was born female, my father kept my real gender a secret to everyone." You told Karma about your situation.
...
"Hahaha!" You looked up to see Karma laughing.
"Huh?!"
"Pfft- I had my suspicions, but I didn't think I'd be true!"
You stood up and flicked his forehead. "You're not taking this seriously! And I mean it when I say you can't tell anyone!"
"Hey! That hurt." Karma glared.
"Oh sorry, I won't do that again." You stepped back and he raised an eyebrow.
"I was just kidding y'know. You're too weak to hurt anyone." He relaxed back on the chair. "I won't tell anyone as long as you answer my questions." You nodded at that. "Your emotions change quickly, why do you apologize for almost everything you do?"
"Well, my father always scolded me if I did something wrong. It's just a habit that sometimes shines through." You answered.
"Well, you don't have to. It's fun when you're competitive." You smiled at that. "Anyways, another question. Who else knows about this?"
You crossed your arms and closed your eyes. "Um, I think it's just you and Principal Asano."
"The chairman? Why does he know?"
"My parents made a deal with him."
"What deal?"
You shrugged. "I don't know..."
"Does the Asano junior know?" You assumed he was asking about the younger Asano.
"His son? No, I don't think he caught on."
"Hmm, ok. One last question." Karma said. "What's with the whole Whimsical Spirit persona? You know disappearing will only bring more attention."
"How do you know about that?" You asked.
"I'm the one asking questions here, princess." He pointed to himself. Princess?! And you thought Mr. Prince was bad. Being called a princess made you feel like a weak witch.
You sighed. "It was something I made for fun. Because I couldn't be myself at home I decided to just have a double life over in the human town. I figured that I wouldn't get big and the news would only stay over there." You explained. "I've practiced entertainment magic more than anything else."
"That explains why you were so excited about the project." Karma hummed. "Anyways, Nagisa, Sugino, and I went to the town a couple of days ago. There was a newspaper about your disappearance. It's not really a big talk though. Only among the little kids."
"Makes sense." You agreed. Your shows were supposed to be for kids anyways. "Ah, you won't tell anyone about that either right?"
"Yeah, yeah," Karma said. "Before I forget, I came here to give you the props. Sugino said that there's no space in our dorm for them so he told me to give them to you." He pointed to the bag of props he set down on the floor earlier.
"Oh, ok. Thanks then."
"No problem." He was going to walk out of the door and go back to his dorm.
