I stare straight ahead clutching my cup of coffee. Everything is blurry and my eyes are narrowed. 7:50 am is too early for me to be awake. School was closed for one day. They deemed it safe for us to go back today. They always misjudge the snow day issue.

Xander is eating a bagel. His sandy blonde hair is combed back perfectly, and his shining gray eyes are examining me as he frowns. "I'm not a morning person but I think that you are worse." "I am worse!" I replied almost smiling.

We grab our coats and start off to school. I do not like hats much so my ears are freezing.

On our way I think I see Beck. I risk glancing back over and see him smirking and approaching us. Yeah, it's definitely Beck. I start to walk faster and Xander looks at me with a confused expression. Then he sees Beck and smiles very slowly. I have to admit, this kind of creeped me out.

"Hey!" I hear from directly behind me. I look around my shoulder at Beck realizing his face is very close to mine. I jump back barley landing on my feet. I walk backwards glaring at Beck and bump into something.

I turn around slowly scared at what (or who) I bumped into. It was a tree. I bumped into a tree. I realize I was walking in a diagonal line the whole time. Xander and Beck are dying with laughter as I am just standing here confused.

"Are you okay?" Xander asks through his laughing fit. "I'm happy to have such a loving brother." I snap. "But yes, I'm fine." "Good," Beck says "we don't want any injuries on our way to school."

I narrow my eyes at him. "Was I talking to you?" Beck looks annoyed "I was just trying to be nice to you. Something you should consider doing." We finally reach school and socializing with Beck has finally come to an end.
