"Yes! I've got everything dad! I'm ready to leave to the airport." I yelled from upstairs out of my bedroom.

My dad has been asking me for the one hundredth time if I had packed my bags and was ready to leave. I looked around in my room for the last time, it was way emptier then it was before. A lot of my stuff had already moved to my new place. After my study Human Resource Management I moved back to my dad's house. Without my student loan I wasn't able to pay for my room and with just a student job you won't be able to pay for it as well. Now I found a job in my favourite city in the whole world and would move there. I would move there two months before actually starting my new job as a management assistant . I hear you thinking why a job as a management assistant? Well, been studying for that as well and to be honest I liked that way more than being a human resource manager. Probably it was because I loved to organise meetings and taking care of arranging appointments and taking phone calls. Before I'll start with my new job I have the time to meet new people and get used to the city. Luckily my roommate Lennon was a friend of mine. Funny thing is I met her through Instagram, thanks to an artist we both loved.

I heard my dad yelling once again below the stairs:
"Hannah! Are you coming? You will miss your flight!"
"Coming!" I yelled back and took my suitcase and backpack.

I hurried downstairs with my suitcase in my hands. Since I'm a very clumsy person I tripped over my own feet on the stairs and my suitcase fell out of my hands. My clothes were scattered all over the floor. My dad couldn't stop laughing.
"Daad! Stop laughing and help me instead!" I said but started laughing as well.
"You're so clumsy sometimes!"
"I know and I have always been like that."
He laughed again and helped me to put my clothes back in the suitcase.

After I checked everything again if I had all my stuff we went to the car. My dad started the car and so our journey to the airport had begin. It was an hour drive to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. He turned on some music he liked a lot it was a song from the band Eagles called "One Of These Nights". We both hummed quietly along with the song. Not knowing what to say to each other. Probably because it was a part of saying goodbye. Not that I was leaving forever but it still is a bit definitive. You know what I mean I hope, otherwise not.

After an hour drive we had arrived at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. My dad had parked the car and loaded my suitcase out of the trunk. Together we walked to the departure hall. When suddenly someone came running by in a hurry. The guy bumped into my shoulder quite hard.

"Watch it moron!" I yelled after him.

The guy stopped and turned around.

"Sorry my mistake! Are you OK?"
"Yes, I'm fine. Just hurry to your flight!"

I was still mad about what he did. The guy waved and hurried further to get checked in. My dad tried to calm me down.

"No the moron has to watch out or leave home earlier!"
"You're right but try not to get angry when he tried to apologise."
"I know, but still."

My dad laughed and gave me a hug.

"This your stop. Have a safe flight hun!"
"Thanks dad! I'll miss you!"
"I'll miss you too! Let me know when your plane has landed."
"Will do that!"
"And don't be a stranger. Text or call me sometimes."
"You know I'll always do that."
"Send me some panda stickers." He laughed.

We gave each other one last big hug and then I left to check in.
