You were looking at Chris playing with all the kids, he notices you as he walks up to you
"Having fun?" You ask with a smile
"Yeah, are you?"
"Yeah it's fine" you answer
"If you want we could get out of here" Chris suggests
"Isn't that's a bit rude?" You look at him
"Maybe but the two look a bit distracted" you and Chris look at Mario and Juliana who were dancing like no tomorrow "Come on let's go" Chris pulls you.
You guys walk out the house and down to the beach that was right by the house.
You two take off your shoes as you walking in the cold wet sand.
"This is nice" you say
"Yeah it is" he answers "Y/n?"
"Yeah" you you look at him
"Can I ask you a question?" He says nervously. You nod. "Don't you miss your family back in Queens, I mean you move here alone you don't know anyone except for Me, Mario and Juliana. Then I'll be gone after two weeks"
"I love this place I always have. And even tho I miss my family this feels right being here...... with you" you stop and look at Chris.
He also looks at you as the two of you have this deep eye contact. You walk closer to Chris standing on your toes as you place a gentle kiss on his lips
He didn't kiss me back..... oh shit what have I done
"I- I'm sorry" you back away
"Don't apologise" Chris pulls you by the hip kissing you, his soft moist lips attached to yours, as the butterflies in you stomach went crazy. You two pull away as your cheeks were rosy red. Chris cups your face in his hand "don't ever apologise for something this good, okay?"
You nod
Things were a little awkward at first but got better as time passed.
"We should get back to the party" you say, Chris agrees.
You guys get back just in time as Juliana and Mario were serving a cake to everyone.
"Oh there you are I've been looking all over the place for you two" Juliana gives you two some cake
"Oh we went out for a small walk" yous say As you and Chris sit down by the small fire place in the garden, surprisingly you found some people your age, you and Chris cuddled up in a blanket as you look at the people sitting across you.
"Are you guys new here I've never seen you two before?" One of the them says it was a girls she looked like your age, she had short curly brown hair and bangs.
"Well he's here for a visit and I just moved here" you say
"Oh really that's nice what are your names," she asked "well sorry maybe I should introduce us first. I'm Bella and this is my girlfriend Maria" she introduced.
"Well this is Chris and im Y/n" you say
"Y/n! As in Y/n Y/l/n" she says shocked
"Yes? do we know each other" you say trying to remember her
"We went to art and baking classes together im Bella Romano" she say
"No way! Bella" you stand up as you both hug
"Omg you have changed, in a good way" she compliments
"Thank you, so have you" you say
"So you really moved back?" She asks
"Yeah and this time I'm not leaving without saying goodbye" you say.
Bella and you were best friends when you guys were younger, you went to art and cooking classes together. The day you were moving back to Queens Bella and her family were out of town so you never got to say bye to her. It was great seeing her again.
"Who's the boy ?" She whispers
"Oh that's a whole other story, we should meet sometimes and catch up" you suggested
"Great I'm always free" she says
As you both sit back down. She sits with her girlfriend and you with Chris.
You four talked for a long time.
Once the party was over and everyone went home you stayed late helping out with the cleaning. Chris went back home to check on dodger.
"So how's Chris?" Juliana asks cleaning the table
"I don't know probably good" you pick up all the trash throwing it in a garbage bag.
"You two look great together" she says "why don't you guys date?" She asks
Why don't we ?
"Because I just came out of an relationship and I'm not ready to date quite yet" you say knowing it wasn't true you wanted to be with Chris more the anything
"Really? Then why do you look at him like your in love, especially tonight" she ask crossing her arms
Shit she knows
"What do you mean- ......... ugh fine I can't hide it from you, he and I kissed" you say
"Hah I knew it" Juliana laughs "did you hear that Mario you owe me $20"
"What? Were you guys seriously betting on me and Chris"
"Yes who wouldn't, you guys are crazy in love everyone sees it except you two" she laughs as Mario joins you girls
"Here your $20" he hands her the money
After cleaning everything you walk back home. On your way back you saw a familiar car but you didn't think anything of it. You get home safely.
You look through the window to see if chris was awake, he probably was because the lights were on.
You take off you dress leaving you only in your panties and bra, you put on a big T-shirt as you walk to the bathroom, you hear knock on your door
Who could it be? Maybe Chris
You walk over to the door opening it, it certainly wasn't who you expected
