50. Now open !

You and Chris both lay in bed

"You know I have more things planned for us" Chris says as he's playing with your hair as you lay all cuddled up next to him. You weren't talking much you were still lost in your thoughts.
"I wanted to surprise you by making dinner and decorate the house with flowers, candles and balloons give you chocolate a lot of it, then in the end make love to you" he kisses your head waiting for you to say something "y/n ?"

"Yeah ?" You snap out of your thoughts

"Is everything okay ?" Chris asks concerned. He sits up and so do you. You both cover yourself with sheets.

"Yeah I'm fine" you smile

"Did you hear a word I said ?" He asks

"Yeah" you nod

"So you think I should do it ?" He asks

"Mhm" you say

"Are you telling me I should give away dodger ?" Chris asks

"What ?! I meant No" you say awkwardly as you look down at your fingers and start fidgeting with them.

"Y/n look at me" Chris says gently when you don't look at him he takes two fingers and gently lifts up your chin. He sees the worried look on his face "what's wrong ? Did I do something or say something is it about earlier ? if it is I'm sorry I should of trusted you God I'm terrible" Chris starts saying

"No Chris your not terrible it's me" you say looking up at him "there is one more thing I need to tell you" you say.
Chris looks scared of what you have to say.

"What is it Y/n......"

"I- I really am not ready to move to Boston yet" you say as you just start crying "I'm sorry" you keep crying.
You waited for Chris to say something but all you could hear was him laughing. You look up at him shocked of why he's laughing "what ?"'you ask him as your still sobbing

"It's okay, you don't have to move to Boston" Chris says trying to control his laughter

"Really ?" You ask

"Yeah I mean I never forced you. Of course it would have been great if we did live together but it okay you don't need to move anywhere. I'm happy with the way things are" Chris says

"So your not mad that I lied and I said I'd want to move to Boston ?" You ask

"Nope" Chris keeps laughing

"Shut up" you say now annoyed

"Sorry it's funny" he hides his face as he keeps laughing

Now you find the whole thing funny as well

You lightly laugh as you wipe your tears

You and Chris laugh together

"This is not how I thought I'd spend Valentine's Day" Chris says

"Same but it's somehow perfect" you get closer to Chris "because I'm here with you" you kiss him

"I need to take dodger on a walk, wanna join ?" Chris asks

"No right now, next time" you say

"Okay" Chris kisses you on the forehead. He gets out of bed and gets dressed. Chris leaves the house

While Chris is gone you decided to do something special. It's already late and everything is closed right now so you decided to do something on the romantic side at home.

You have this big window that's covered by curtains. Behind the curtain is a beautiful view of the ocean and sometimes a good sunset as well. You usually keep the curtains closed beautiful then there is to much light in the house but today I decided to open the curtains.

You place blankets and pillows all over the floor. Then you throw a few rose petals and light up some candles.

You and Chris need this. You two can sit down by the big window look at the view and just talk. And this is something dodger can join you two in.

You had some grapes in the fridge so you clean them and place in a bowl. Chris had also brought some treats for dodger so you put a few in a separate bowl

Now you spray some perfume and brush you hair.

After a finishing everything you hear a knock on the door

There back

You get to the door and open it

"Hi-" you cut him off

"Close your eyes I have a surprise for you" you say

"Okay" Chris says with a laugh. He cover his eyes with one of his hand you take his other hand and make him follow you to the setting. Dodger follows

"Now open !" You say exited

Chris opens his eyes and was absolutely shocked. "Wow you did all this ?" He asks

"Mhm" you smile "some grapes for us and treats for dodger" you say

"Look buddy is that your treat" Chris says

Dodger runs to his bowl and starts eating the treats

"Y/n this all this look amazing" Chris pulls you closer to him "I wanted to do something for you" he says

"We'll you always do something for me, this is for you" you say "now come on let's enjoy this before the sun goes down" you say

Both you and Chris sit down and look as the sun slowly disappears into the blue ocean.

You and Chris talked and ate your grapes

You both also go through a list of thing you want to do while Chris is here. You don't want to waist a second. You two already waisted a lot of time fighting now everything has to be perfect.
