Error's pov

muffled noises were heard.

I'm alive?

what happened?

didn't the multiverse collapse? 

huh.

guess the void can't kill me either.

the voices started to become clear.

"w-we d-discovered that h-he's actually I-is sans." said a voice that sounded like a version of alphys.

did they mistake me for their sans?

"what?"

undyne's near by.

she might attack me if I say who I am.

the pain began to reach me.

a groan escapes from me.

I snapped my eyes open and sat up ignoring the pain that came from it.

I eyed the new but ironically familiar people.

alphys, undyne, and papyrus were in the same room as me.

"y-you s-shouldn't move t-too much." alphys said.

I gave her a confused look."why?" I said.

they seemed surprised by my glitched voice.

"the w-wounds will r-reopen." explained alphys.

"its not like it matters." I said with a monotone voice.

nobody ever cared about me.

they'll probably kick me out if they found out what I do.

I slid off the bed-like-table and stood on my two feet.

"IT DOES MATTER SANS. YOU SHOULD LISTEN TO ALPHYS." papyrus protested.

"yeah punk!" undyne agreed. 

I sighed and sat back on the table dangling my legs.

"my names not sans its error. at least not anymore." I mumbled at the end.

"w-w-what d-do you mean?" questioned alphys, having heard the last part.

should I lie or tell the truth? 

its not like I remember anything before I became error.

"its a long story." I simply said.

"w-well we have t-time." alphys said.

I sighed deciding lying was not worth the effort.

"ok. so long story short I was taken from my home by fate and she destroyed my au but thats what I think happened I'm not sure. I didn't see what actually happened. she twisted me into a glitch in the system making me forget my past. fate forced me to destroy aus to maintain the balance between destruction and creation." I explained. 

it felt like a weight had been lifted from my chest. 

"y-you can't remember your o-own friends and f-family?" alphys stutters.

I shook my head.

"I-i-i'm so sorry." 

"its okay. I don't even know if I had one." I reassured but failed terrible.

"WHO'S FATE?" papyrus changed the subject.

"a deity that is an upper being then a god." I defined.
