*Beep beep... Beep beep...*

Bani's mobile was in silent mode and hence the alarm beeped in vibration. Bani stirred in sleep and turned towards the direction from where the sound was coming. The alarm stopped before Bani could get her mobile. Sunrays fell on her eyes and she opened her eyes lazily. She looked around sleepily, and realised that she was sleeping on his side of the bed, whereas he was sleeping right beside her almost on her side of the bed, hugging her tightly from her waist. She recalled their emotional moment from the last night which ended up with them being intimate with each other. She remembered those special moments and blushed profusely.

Bani looked down under the blanket and saw herself wearing his hoodie which was reaching upto her thighs, while he was in his trackpants and bare chested. Though they were engrossed in each other at that high time, he was equally concerned about her even then and thus made her wear his hoodie after she slept so that she doesn't catch cold... She smiled closing her eyes and thanked God for sending such a caring person in her life as her love and her husband. Their legs were entangled with each other, she blushed covering her face seeing that.  She pulled the blanket till her neck and also covered his well-built bare chest properly.

Bani now turned fully towards her one and only loving husband and concentrated on his cute and handsome face. She noticed an unknown calmness and peace on his face which was missing yesterday, maybe because she wasn't there with him. She lowered her gaze shyly thinking this. Never in her life had she thought that they would become one in such an unusual circumstance, but they were, lying in the arms of each other, after spending a blissful night right after an emotional turmoil.. Well, life is indeed unpredictable... She lifted her gaze back at him, and right then the alarm beeped again. She turned irritatedly and shifted towards the nightstand to check her mobile.

Veer's sleep got disturbed and he half opened his eyes and stretched his hands. He looked at himself and found his upper body bare. Then he recalled what had happened between them yesterday night and blushed slightly. He looked beside and saw her doing something with her mobile. He suddenly remembered something, looked at the bedside calendar, and got off the bed hastily. Bani got startled with the sudden movement and turned to look at him. She became confused seeing him wearing his tshirt in a hurry.

B: Good morning Veer...

The words fell on deaf ears as he seemed to be thinking about something very deeply. Bani called him a few more times, but he paid no heed to her words and abruptly left the room. He didn't even spare a glance at her for once. He had a serious look on his face while leaving, and it felt as if he ignored her intentionally.

Bani became tensed seeing his suspicious behaviour and tried to get down of the bed, but she instantly realised that she was not wearing anything underneath his hoodie. She covered her legs with the blanket again and and leaned back on the headrest. She worriedly tried to think why he went out ignoring her totally and leaving her like this after everything that happened between them yesterday night. Her mind started getting clouded with all kind of negative thoughts. "Is he feeling guilty about all this?!... Did he not want this to happen between us?!... Is he getting nervous about how to face me?! No, that can't happen, he is not at all a shy person... Then?!... Did he not accept me as his wife totally, and thus he was regretting about that?!... No no, Veer is not like that... No... Then why did he leave the room ignoring me?!...", tears formed in her eyes as these baseless assumptions roamed in her mind. She closed her ears tightly and shook her head, trying to shrug these thoughts out from her head. She hid her face in the pillow and sobbed, as insecurity started budding, somewhere in the corner of her heart.
