5:50 am
"Aw shit" Cora groaned, rubbing her temple. The amount of drinks she had definitely caught up to her now. She turned around to find her bed vacant with no Richard in sight. She could hear the water running from the faucet in the bathroom. Crawling out of bed she squinted her eyes from the shining light and approached the room. In there stood Richard soaked in blood. "Richie? What the hell happened?!" Looking up he responded in a monotone voice "I gave that mother fucker at the club what he deserved."
'Did he really just kill for me?'
"Oh." Shocked, she walked back to bed and laid down again. Not too long after she felt arms wrap around her from behind. It immediately made butterflies form in her chest and stomach. 'How is this happening? I can't fall for him. I'm definitely just touch deprived. I'm fine, everything's fine." She slightly shifted back into his warm body and eventually fell into her slumber and so did he.
11:00 am
Waking up in Richard's arms was something Cora never imagined in a million years. Playing with a few strands of his curls she woke him up. The two got ready and hung around the house for many hours doing their own thing when a knock at the door startled the women. She opened the door to find a male with a thick mustache and sunglasses on, but the thing that stood out most was that he had no thumbs. "Hi. Uh can I help you?"
"Hello gorgeous. I'm looking for Ramirez." Shoving his way past her he called out for Richard and soon found him sitting on the couch. "Bruce! You made it my man." Richard exclaimed. "Hey buddy. So are you gonna tell me who this beautiful girl is? Are you guys an item?"
"Ha no of course not. You know I don't date and shit. She's just a... friend" The expression on Cora's face made it obvious she was pissed. 'Well that's nice to know that he doesn't date, especially after being all over me last night.' She thought to herself.
"Actually he kidnapped me and is basically holding me hostage." Cora blurted out sarcastically smiling at Richard. It went silent for a minute before Richard filled the air. "Anyways Bruce this is Cora, Cora, Bruce." The both of them shook hands and exchanged a smile. "Bruce here is my killing buddy." Her face soon dropped the smile. 'Great another serial killer in my life because one isn't enough."
The rest of the day consisted of the men doing some drugs, catching up and mainly just being obnoxious.
Cora started to cook herself some lunch when a tall figure that she had definitely felt before enclosed her against the counter. Placing his chin on her shoulder, he whispered in her ear. "So are you gonna hang out with us or what?" Turning around to face Richard still pressed up against him she smirked.
"Ha, you wish babe, I got better things to do."
Not having the energy to get messed with and catcalled, she made her way to her room and stayed there for the rest of the day."See, I told you she's fun to play with." Richard laughed heading back towards the other male.
"So you actually kidnapped her huh?" Bruce questioned.
"I mean that's one way you could put it."
"Do you feel anything for her? She's an amazing find."
Richard cracked up. "You know I don't feel anything like that. She's just fun to fuck around with."
"Hey dude look..I got a body to take care of but I'll see you soon."Barging into Cora's room Richard plopped down on her bed. She looked up from her sketchbook, "Your friend finally left?"
"Yeah.. I'm bored now. You wanna go for a drive?"
"Sure why not."
Getting into the car he turned the radio on blasting the volume almost all the way up. The wind blew through Cora's hair as they sped down the highway. She found herself staring at Richard, thinking if she actually did feel something for him. He pulled over to a beach and parked in the sand leaving the car on and just sitting there looking out at the waves. 'Zombie' by the Cranberries started to play loudly and a grin stretched across Cora's face.
"What's your deal?" Richard inquired.
"I love this song."
He opened his door and left the car on. "C'mon."
"What are you doing Richie?"
"Doing what we do best, dancing." He replied adding a wink.Cora chuckled and got out of her seat. The only source of light was the headlights from the car and the moonlight. Their silhouettes jumped and twirled around. Their voices shouted in the air against the crashing waves and music. 'In your headddd in your headddd, Zombie Zombie' . Dragging Cora towards the ocean he splashed her resulting in a child-like water fight. Leaping over waves and running from the other person, laughter mixed in with screams filled the atmosphere. Drenched in cold water Richard scanned her, something was suddenly bothering him but she couldn't put her finger on it. Making the rash decision Richard pulled Cora's waist in and engulfed her in a passionate kiss. His tongue explored her mouth and their bodies moved together against each other in sync. He tucked her wet hair behind her ears, stopping and surveying her, soon diving in for a second kiss. Her heart sped up and the butterflies rushed back. Her fingers lightly caressed his face. She couldn't get enough and neither could he. Richard picked her up and her legs swung around him. He set her on the hood of the car and swiftly took off her shirt along with unclipping her bra. Massaging and sucking on her breasts, she parted her lips and let out soft moans. He began leaving a trail of kisses down her abdomen then trailing back up to her face. She bit and tugged at his lips. Her hands slipped down to his belt, but before she could undo the buckle Richard grabbed her hand.
