Reportedly, this has been known for 1 year. And it means that Kim Seokjin has had a partner who is not known to the public for 1 year.

Jin got off the stage and finished his rehearsals. He approached Jungkook who was still engrossed in reading articles about his husband.
"Babe, I'm done. What are you doing?" Jin said while hugging Jungkook from behind, and tried to see Jungkook's phone screen.
"I was reading your news" Jungkook replied, still scrolling through his phone screen.
"Are there any rumors about me?"
"Yes. They suspect you have been married for 1 year" Jungkook said with a small laugh.
"Really? How did they find out?" Jin said surprised.
"It's because of our wedding ring that you never take off. Anyway are you okay with this rumor? I'm just worried that they will find out more about you, and make this news bad for your career" said Jungkook who was worried that the news would disturb his husband.
"Of course I will not take this ring off. Uhm, honestly I have no problem with it, let them speculate about it because in fact I am married. Do they know that you are my husband?"
"No. They don't know me"
"But someday I will tell them"
"I don't need that. I think I'm okay if we still kept this relationship private"
