Just my little observation of people in general.
THE MIRROR
I looked in the mirror and told myself I was going to be okay
I looked in the mirror and told myself
I would survive another day
I looked in the mirror
And I didn't like what I saw
I looked in the mirror
And saw every single flaw
I looked in the Mirror
I was hurting inside
I looked in the mirror knowing
I couldn't hide
I looked in the mirror
And what did I see?
A shadow of a person
Blankly staring back at me
When I looked in the mirror
I couldn't look away
When I looked in the mirror
I didn't know I'd be okay
I stared into my eyes
And what did I see?
Not who I wanted
But a reflection of me
