"SHE'S LOST A GREAT AMOUNT OF BLOOD!"

"PACK THE WOUND WITH MORE BANDAGES AND APPLY PRESSURE!"

Takemichi and y/n were now in the ambulance. The paramedics rushed, in attempt to stop the constant bleeding. She stayed incredibly still, her breathing slowing as her face paled into a deadlike sight.

"Y/N!" Takemichi could only watch the paramedics, thinking about how y/n was the one who got stabbed instead of draken. "This wasn't supposed to happen!" That statement ran through his head.

"What's our eta to the hospital!?" One of the paramedics asked, sweat dripping down his forehead. "Her respiration is 30 and her pulse is at 122!" The paramedic's eyes widened as y/n's fingers twitched.

"She's not affected by the pain!!" Her eyelids slowly opened, revealing the ever-lasting dull e/c orbs. She tried sitting up only to realize something was on her face.

A breathing tube was rested on her face, covering her 'x' scars, that were unbandaged due to the rain. The paramedics continued applying pressure to her wound, trying to stop the flow.

One of them felt movement from the girl, tensing once he realized she indeed was not affected by the throbbing pain, acting as if this was an everyday occurrence. It kind of was at one point, but we don't speak of that.

Her face remained blank, bringing her head back down on the stretcher. She looked up at the white ceiling of the ambulance. "We're almost at the hospital! Please, stay layed down for the remaining time!" The paramedics shakingly yelled, fear overtaking them.

They looked at the girl's face, confused and scared as to why she was so calm and unfazed. She's literally on the verge of dying. They would ask the doctors about this later, focusing back on their duty to stop the blood.

Takemichi prayed for her life, hands pressed together. "Takemitchy." She brought a hand out, waving it in front of him, and signaling him to grab it. He grasped her cold hand, squeezing it to reassure himself. "Told you I wouldn't die from this..."

She lazily squeezed her unbandaged hand back making him smile in a relieving way. "Thanks for protecting me. I owe you, kay? Remember that when I wake up." She slowly mumbled, jumbling over her words as her breathing got in the way.

Takemichi's eyes glossed at her words, turning his head and hiding it from the half-dying girl. "Oh, stop it. You don't say stuff like that, y/n." The girl only coughed as a response.

"Oh, I actually don't know if I'll live. It's a 50-50 chance, ha-ha." She sarcastically said, though it didn't sound sarcastic at all, being that her voice sounded empty.
