I walked down the hallway at home behind shawn to the living room, where dad was sitting. Drinking. What a surprise.
"Dad, we need to talk." shawn said taking my hand and leading me to the chairs across from the couch dad was sitting. "humph. what about." dad said sternly setting his bottle down along with the rest of them.
"you need to stop drinking. or at least an effort needs to be made by you. because you've been abusing sarah, your daughter, while I've been on tour. and I'm sick of having to hear that you keep hurting her. even though i just found out about it. its tiring, and hard. and if this doesn't stop ill do something." shawn said back, irritation clear in his voice.
dad abruptly stood up and began walking towards me.. "you'll do what? sing me out of your life? haha, good luck kid." dad said as he grabbed my hair and pulled me up out of my seat and dragged me, by my hair, to his room. jesus christ i do not like where this is going.
*30 minutes later*
"I SAID GET OUT YOU FILTHY BITCH!" dad screamed as he hit me one more time before pushing me out of the room. shawn was crying on the couch downstairs, "oh, sarah... I'm so so sorry... listen to me, you're coming on tour with me. okay? go pack your stuff, ill come with you."
and honestly, that was the end of living with dad.
