Chapter 3

"Shawn.." No awnser. "SHAWN!!" I said a little more powerfully causing hayes to wake up and wrap his arms around me. "Shh is ok, shawn just went to get coffee. He'll be back in a while" hayes said. I winced a little at the pain from my back, hayes noticed. "Are you ok?" Hayes said. He was confused, but I couldn't explain it. "Y-yeah I'm fine..." I managed to choke out. The next thing I knew his warm body was pressed against mine and He latched his arm around my stomach and I felt is chest press against my back. It sent slight pain and also shivers through my whole body. I wasn't asleep but I heard him say "I love you Sarah" before he drifted off into sleep once again. Did hayes... Like me? Me?

*Hayes POV* I like her. I don't know if she's ok though. When she wakes up I'll take her out. Yeah. That's. A good idea, at least, I think it is. I'm falling hard and fast for Sarah...
*Sarah POV* when I woke up it was late in the morning, and the bed next to me was cold. Hayes was gone. I heard shawn walk through the door with 2 trays in his hand and a few bags. "I'm back. And I have food" shawn said. Hayes came bursting out of the bathroom when he heard the word "food" spoken by my brother. I laughed at hayes whilst he was stuffing his face with a blueberry muffin. "First time you've laughed in I while..." Shawn said as I laughed even more trying not to choke on my cookie. "Shawn stop! You'll make me choke!" I said while bursting into laughter. "I'll just have to save you then..." Hayes said causing me to blush. And I turned red... Like a TOMATO. After I finished eating with hayes and my brother, I got up and threw on some jeans and a sweatshirt to cover up the bulky band aid i had on my back. "Are you ok Sarah?" Hayes questioned me...

"You're wearing a sweatshirt and it's really warm out... Are you ok?" Hayes asked me again. I looked at shawn, and he returned a blunt look back at me. "Yeah... I'm fine" I said grabbing my bag and heading out the door with hayes and shawn to the MAGCON rehearsals. There was awkward silence in the car ride over to the venue. I really didn't want anyone other that shawn to know what was going on at home or at school for that matter. When we arrived at the venue, I took a seat near the second row from the stage, I leaned back into the chair forgetting all about my cut and bandaged back. The pain felt like someone was stabbing me 100 times over and over again. I shot up out of my seat almost sprinting to the washroom, shawn following right behind me, hayes right behind shawn. I sank Down to the floor crying from the pain I had just caused myself when shawn and hayes burst through the door...
