I looked at myself in the mirror. Am I that lonely and that crazy until I.. somehow use Danielle as a runaway? I was mad at myself for not being able to control myself.
I've been so tired lately and I can't sleep even though I took some sleeping pills.
The past is hunting me everytime I close my eyes.
I walked out from the bathroom and saw Danielle sleeping soundly on my bed. I walked out slowly and went straight outside. I really need some air.
I looked up to the dark sky hoping that I could go back to 7 years ago. I just wish Parker didn't leave me because I don't want to deal with all of this alone or even be a leader.

"What is he doing? Looking at the stars?" I asked.
"Danielle is staying at his house." Chance said.
"I swear.. I'm curious what kind of relationship that they have." Angelo said as he's eating his popcorn.
"Isn't it obvious?" Chance said and I turned to him.
"She likes him and.. he kinda have some soft spots for her." Chance explained and I sighed.
"But is it possible for him to like her? Isn't she one of those people who.. want to rule Europe?" Angelo asked.
"True but.."
"I swear he needs to stop keeping secrets from us." I hissed.

I opened the door for see Lycan, Matteo and Dante adter they called me. They just happened to have a business trip to Italy and wanted to visit me. I have my alerts up and have my team ready incase something will happen.
I'm facing with three people who wanted power out of my hands.
"Nice house, Dean." Lycan said and they all went straight to the living room.
"Where's Danielle?" Matteo asked.
"She's at her house?" I looked at him for asking the stupidest question.
"So.. what do you say, Dean?" Lycan asked as they all sat down and I sat right across them.
"What?"
"You should have not betrayed us, we could have rule Europe together." Dante smirked.
"Now, that you have no one.. are you regreting your decisions? So.. are you going to grant Danielle's wish? To bring back the real ILLICIT?" Lycan asked as he leaned back to the sofa.
"How many times should I tell you that I'm not giving any access to ILLICIT for you guys?"
"Let's not do this the hard way, Dean. We know you can't keep those 4 spots empty right?" Dante said and I shook my head.
"ILLICIT was handed to me, I get to make the decisions!" I said in a cold tone.
"Technically not to you.. but to Danielle." Matteo corrected me.
"You're just wasting your time coming to me, the answer will stay the same." I said firmly and Lycan nodded.
"I guess.. we're going for the hard way." Lycan got up and the two of them followed him. They left my house and I immdiately checked if they bug or put something in my house. I scanned the whole house for it and found nothing.
I guess they know who their opponent is.
Danielle Leone
"What Danielle?" I smiled when Dean picked up the phone.
"What time will you finish?"
"I have another surgery in 10 minutes, it will finish at dawn."
"Okay, I'll wait for you." I said as I walked out from my house.
"Danielle, I'll just meet you tomorrow." He said.
"I'm going to the bar and I'm going get you at dawn."
"Danielle!" He warned and I ended the call. I got into my car and gave my driver the address to the bar that Lycan recommended last time.
It's been a long time since I have a drink. I'm excited to get a drink or two. I walked into the private bar and ordered a drink as I sat right in front of the bartender.
"Here's you go, miss."
"Thank you." I took a sip and I felt so alive. This is the taste that I've been waiting for.
"Hi." I turned to see a beautiful woman.
"I'm so sorry, can you help me put my necklace on? I hurt my arm." She said and I nodded. She gave me her necklace and she turned around with her back facing me. She raised her hair up and I put her necklace on.
"Thank you." She said as she sat on she seat beside me.
"I'm Lana, Lana Sterling." She said as she put her hand out.
"I'm Danielle Leone." I introduced myself as I shook her hand.
"Are you alone?"
"Yeah, how about you?"
"I'm actually waiting for my friend, do you mind I hang out here for a few minutes?" She asked and I shook my head.
"I'm guessing you're not from here."
"I'm actually from here but I live in the US for 8 years."
"I see, I thought you're a visitor here."
"No, it's been a long time since I come home so.. maybe that's why my accent is so American." I chuckled. I sipped my drink.
"Lana." I turned to see her friend.
"Hey, you came."
"Sorry, I got caught on work." Her friend said.
"It's okay. Oh! By the way.. Dakota, this is Danielle. Danielle, this is my friend, Dakota." Lana introduced me to her friend.
"Danielle." I smiled.
"You look familliar." Dakota said and I raised my eyebrows.
"I'm a racer, maybe that's why I look familliar."
"That's so cool!" Dakota said.
"Thank you."
"We're actually going to a jewelry exhibition upstairs, do you want to come?" Lana asked as she turned to Dakota. Dakota nodded.
"Jewerly exhibition?"
"Yeah, it's Flare." I know Flare, it's a famous brand these days.
"So.. what do you say?" Dakota asked.
"Sure, why not?"
