As Bakugo was saying those words out his mouth, you started to cry and smile. You reach out with all the strength you have and give him a big hug. “Yes of course i’ll marry you!!” After that you and Bakugo went to the living room and watched a romantic movie. When a week passed you were able to walk and do things on your own, but you weren’t allowed to go back to work quite yet. Bakugo went to the park without saying a word to you before leaving. You start to get suspicious and start to follow him. You don’t make it too obvious since your wings are still growing back in, you can’t climb from the rooftops.
Once Bakugo gets to the park, he sits next to a tree waiting for someone. You had enough time to go to the top of the closest building and watch him from there. But once you get there, there is a little girl with light blue/greyish hair. She was really cute so you started a conversation with her. “Hey, what are you doing up here alone? Are you lost? Do you need help?”
She smiles and turns towards you. “I’m not lost. I’m just waiting for someone. They had to take care of some business and they told me to stay here and watch if I wanted.” She looks at the park that is below you two. “What are you doing here? I usually come here some days to enjoy the view but today I’m here with a close friend of mine.”
You smile at her, “I’m here because a friend of mine left without saying anything so I’m watching what he’s up to. I like to protect him since he is doing the same with me.” You realize that you never caught the girl's name. “Hey, I’m Y/N. I was wondering what your name was. Maybe we can be friends or at least get to know each other for the future.”
The little girl looks at the park and looks back at you. She takes a deep breath because she recognizes you. “I’m Eri. I am here to prove to people that I can be a hero and it doesn’t matter what you look like or what quirks you have because anyone can become a hero if they try hard enough. I am my friend's partner in crime, but we are heros if that makes sense.” Eri can’t tell you that she knows you or she will blow Deku’s cover.
You and Eri start to talk about life and things that are happening or whatever. But you two get rudely interrupted by screaming in the park. Deku starts to use one for all as Bakugo is screaming at him for coming back. “YOU LEFT ME FOR 2 FUCKING YEARS YOU NERD!! YOU SAID YOU WERE COMING BACK SOON!! HOW IS 2 YEARS SOON?!?! AND THEN YOU TAKE A FUCKING 8 YEAR OLD WITH YOU!??!! DON’T YOU EVER THINK ANYMORE!??! YOU WERE MY BESTFRIEND AND YOU JUST LEFT… you left me… without even saying goodbye.” Bakugo starts to cry as Deku stands down and sits with Bakugo.
Deku hugs Bakugo in sorrow. “I’m sorry… I’m so sorry. But I had to. I’ll explain everything if you can please forgive me even a little bit. KACCHAN I’M SO SORRY THAT I LEFT!! I NEVER WANTED TO HURT YOU!! I didn’t know you cared for me so much… I thought you were going to be happy that I was gone. Because you never really cared. You always wanted to fight and defeat me. And I just wanted to be your friend.” Deku starts to cry and before you know it, they are hugging and crying on eachothers shoulders. You never really liked to see Bakugo upset but you knew that he needed to deal with his own stuff on his own.
You and Eri sit back and watch as they walk around the park and talk about what has happened since deku left. Eri calls Deku from your phone, “Hey, Mr. Deku? I am with Y/N and I was wondering if me and them can get some ice cream while you and Mr. Kacchan talk?”
Deku looks at Bakugo and smiles, “Yes you can go get ice cream with them. I trust them.” Deku tells Bakugo what they are doing and goes on with their day.
Bakugo has been having the same question stuck in his head for the past year. “Hey Deku… I don't mean to be in your business or anything, but why were you gone for so long?” Bakugo felt that he was intruding Deku’s personal business, but before you arrived. Bakugo and Deku were best friends. Bakugo might have shown Deku that he doesn’t want him around, but Bakugo was in love with Deku until he saw that Deku liked Todoroki. Then they broke up and Deku left with Eri. Bakugo was broken for a while afterwards. But since you didn’t know anything about it you just went on with life.
Deku began to slow down until he took a complete stop from walking. “Well after Todoroki broke up with me… I went to visit my mom and tell her about my quirk. But I didn’t know that she had to suffer the consequences. So some really strong villain kidnapped her. I had to bring Eri because she is the only person who can keep me alive while I protect my mom. The torchered her and starved her for days. She got 3 meals a week. They wanted answers about my quirk but I made her promise that she wouldn’t tell anyone. So she kept it a secret to save me. But once I found out that they took her, I went after her. I couldn’t lose my mom. I went to go see how strong they were, and they were stronger than All For One. So I took Eri with me and we trained for a year. She went to school and I trained day and night. After about 3 months of training another of my quirks manifested. After that every 6 months another one would pop up meaning I would have to train even longer and harder than before. I got Eri to control her power and use it in a crisis like the one we had to go through. I took care of her and I was getting paid from my agency the entire time I was gone. I might have gotten knocked down from the number one hero spot but I didn’t care. I needed to save my mom. If I didn’t then I wouldn’t have forgiven myself. So After the 2 year mark came I went to take her home. I wanted to take her home a long time ago, and yes I understand that I should have asked someone for help. But I wasn’t thinking. All I had on my mind was saving mom. When I went to the place where they had her. I had Eri tied onto my back so she can reverse time so that I can heal without needing a break. I have somewhat mastered 4 quirks of One For All and used the ones I know best to beat them. I may have killed some people in the process but i saved her and that's all that mattered. I told Eri that she can’t tell anyone. And we made that our little secret. So once I got mom back home I gave her a huge feast with new clothes and I also got her a new house closer to my agency. I will protect her no matter what.” Deku looked at Bakugo and hugged him. “Thank you for being my best friend and listening to my problems on a daily basis. I appreciate you in my life.” Deku gets a little too close to Bakugo and kisses him.
