A few hours had passed before Zhongli finally left the room where they had left Aether. "What's the situation?" Childe raises his gaze to Zhongli before inspecting him. "I assume you let him rest...and didn't do anything to him" Childe raises an eyebrow as Zhongli silently adjusts his coat, stepping towards Childe and giving him a victorious smirk.

"He's attempting to rest now" Zhongli walks past Childe as he gently pats his shoulder "Should you bother him for any reason is up to you" he hums before turning the corner and exiting the building.

"What a selfish God" Childe huffs out as he walks towards the room, opening the door and looking around for anything out of place. Childe moving backward at the thought of Zhongli apparently choking Aether as he himself was just in the other room. "He could have at least gone softer on you" Childe mumbles as he pries the blanket out of Aether's hands and throws it off of him, Aether lay nude under it trembling as Childe slides his hand over Aethers chest. "I doubt he touched you here" Childe leans closer to Aether's chest and teasingly licks it. "He has a habit of just shoving himself into his partner after all" he sucks at Aether's nipple, bringing his hand up to pinch at his other one.
