This is a poem I wrote for fun.
Its about the light of hope and someone being able to turn it off. Someone telling them not to turn the light off.

There is a light, shining in the darkness.
Its the light of hope, surrounded by doubt.
Imagine an empty black void. No people, no
life, no nothing. Just you.In that void is you, aimlessly wandering.
Not really knowing where you're going. But
then, you find what you're looking for.A light. Just a light in the center of the void.
Its the light of hope, lighting up the black void.
There's a way to turn it offYou go closer to it, being almost blinded by
the brightness of the light. You now see the
way to turn this light of hope off.But don't.
This light is the only hope everyone has, you
turn it off, you take away the only thing most
people have. This light might be the only thing
someone you know has. Hope is something that
everyone has, but for some people, that's all they
have.Leave That Light On.
