The Kim's

Part One

Kim Seokjin and his husband Taehyung have been married since they were 25 years old. But dated all through high school and college. They were always so deeply in love that they thought life would always be that great.

Now they have 3 children and have been married for more than 10 years. They have had lots of struggles but the one thing that they could always count on was the love they shared for each other and their beautiful family.

They both work corporate jobs, with Jin being a management consultant and Tae the C.O.O. at his father's company. His older brother Namjoon is the C.E.O.

They leave their kids with Jin's parents while they're at work and it all works out fine.

Everything was going well with their relationship, or at least they thought it was. Slowly but surely, there were cracks that started to appear in their marriage.

It started off slow, with comments from Tae about how boring their life had become and scheduled sex.

And Jin in an offended tone would tell him to go search for someone more exciting if he was so bored with him.

He had no idea what trouble would be coming their way.

Namjoon was complaining about not having a life partner and asked Taehyung to accompany him on a night out. Just for an occasional pep talk and be his wing man.

When Taehyung explained to Jin that he would be going out with his brother, he promised he would be home as soon as Joonie met someone.

Jin was instantly nervous and knew his husband attracted many admirers everywhere he went. But he decided to trust him and told him he would wait up for him.

They chose to go out on a Saturday night and Taehyung made sure to kiss his children goodnight before leaving. He then walked over to Jin and hugged him tight.

"I will be back as soon as I can. Ok my love?"

Jin had an ominous feeling come over him and he didn't want to voice his concerns. But he just had to do it.

He pulled Tae as close as possible and says, "Do you really have to go? Isn't there anyone else that could help him? Someone who's single?"

Tae starts to laugh and kisses him. Then says, "Why are you so suddenly worried?"

"I just... I just have a bad feeling about you going out. I feel like I will lose you."

Tae notices how he's shaking in his arms and says, "Hey, you don't have to worry about anything. I love you and only you. Do you really think that there's anyone alive that can take your place? No.. so please.. don't worry."

Jin then realizes that he should trust his husband. And if he does cheat on him, then their love isn't as strong as he thought. So he relents and let's him go.

Namjoon is really nervous when they first arrive at the club they chose. He has always had trouble meeting people. He can do alright once they've met and knows how to carry a conversation. But as far as going up to someone and introducing himself, that was another thing.

He follows Taehyung as he makes his way towards the bar. He's already attracting lots of attention from both sexes. He kinda feels bad for those strangers cause they could never compete with his perfect brother-in-law Jin. Taehyung really won the lottery in husbands.

Once they order their drinks, they both turn around and take in the view. Taehyung tells him, "If you see anyone that catches your eye let me know. And I can make the introductions for you. But once you are comfortable, I will probably head home. I told Jin I wouldn't be long."
