Every Dark Night has a Beautiful Morning

Nandini woke up remember the last night.  It was indeed a beautiful morning, Nandini smiled reading Manik's text, "Goodmorning baby, rise and shine!" To which she replied, "Goodmorning Sunshine ❤️" PS: I didn't know we could do cheesy stuff.
She got up did her morning routine, went down and saw her grandparents bickering as always. She wished them a morning, ordered the Butlers to make breakfast and moved out to the Golden Temple. The early morning breeze made her hair fly.  She smiled wholeheartedly. Entering the premises she saw in a particular direction and said, "he makes me happy, just like you said." Her eyes had unshed tears and lips curved upwards. She moved inside to take the blessings and then to the accounts section.
On the other hand the Malhotra men were there to make some grants and donations. DJ saw Nandini and said "Gudiya yaha kya kar rhi hai?" This took Manik's and Raj's attention towards her. They saw her talking to people as if she had known them forever.  An elderly man saw them looking at Nandini and said, "Nandini puttar hai ye, hum sab ki jaan. Bilkul Nihaal ki copy hai ye." He continued while Malhotra men looked at him. "6 saal ki thi jab vo isse yaha pehli baar laya tha, tab se ab tak ye humara ek ahm hissa ban gyi hai. Sab ki pareshani iski aur iski khushiyan sabki. Nihaal bolta tha faulad hai ye, aur isne hamesha uski har baat ko sach kiya hai. Kal roka hua iska tabhi sab itne khush hai, aaj apne naye pariwar ka naam likhvane aayi hai." "Naam likhvane mtlab?" Raj asked. The man smiled and answered " Mtlab apne naye pariwar ke sabhi logo ke naam, birthdays, anniversaries, taaki uss din hum uss din unke naam se bhandara aur ardaas krva sake. Aaj bhi un me se kisi ke naam ka bhandara bola hai. Kya naam tha, Mukti han Mukti ke liye." Manik stood their amazed. She had just accepted him but his entire family as her own already. The more he got to know about Nandini the more he thought yes she is the one.
Nandini was laughing hesterically on something when the man moved towards her. He held her one ear and scolded "tune kuch khaya? Ya aise hi ghoom rhi hai, itne ghante hue tujhe aaye." She bit her tongue and said, "sorry Darji mai kaam me lag gyi thi, abhi bus langari hi ja rhi hu." "Tu chup kar, hamesha yahi krti hai, itni choti si hai, ab tujhe dhyan rkhna hoga apna, kal tu doosre ghar chalu jayegi, aise dhyan rkhgi sabka, kudh girte pardte." The lady entered the room while speaking. " Arre meri beutiful, kuch nhi hoga kyu tension lete ho!" "Tension nhi lu aur tu haal dekh apna, ek vo teri nani, mann krta hai sarovar me dhakka dedu mai us marjaani nu. Kive gal krdi hai." " Ohho shant dadijaan, kuch nhi hota, badi hai vo." " Tu chup kar Kudiye, usne ab kuch bola na, ek chand rkh deni hai maine. Teri saas to badi pyaari hai, kal mujhe badi khushi hui. Par teri ye nani, ufff" " Aap mujhe khilane aaye the na?" "Arre han, tu bhi na, aaja yaha Beth." Nandini smiled at her innocence, she was successful in diverting her attention whereas the Malhotra men saw the scene unfold amused. She was indeed very close to everyone here. Suddenly two boys came in running, "Nanhi jiju kaha hai?" Nandini banged her head. "Tum door raho mujhse, mujhe nhi pta kaun se jiju." " Hum aapke fiance urf hamare jiju ki baat kar rahe hai. Hume bhi milna hai." "Pagal nhi hu mai, tumhe milva du taki tum meri jaan na chodo." "Han han aapko darr lag raha hai aapke secrets bta denge hum." They smiled cunningly. Nandini stood and said, "dadijaan ho gya mera, ma NGO chali, aur tum bhool jao, mai nhi milvane vali."

Nandini moved out. Dadi turned to the guys and said, "Kyu tang kar rhe ho meri kudi nu? Chain nhi hai tumhe, ek uski vo nani aur ab tum." She expressed her despair. "Arre dadi hum bus ched rhe the, hum to humare jiju ko bolna chahte the ki vo humari Nanhi ka bahut dhyan rakhe, usne sabke liye bhut kuch kiya hai, ab uski baari hai khush rahne ki." " Bacho ab to mai uss rab se yahi ardaas krdi aa ki meri kudi khush rave, usne itni si umar me itna kuch Saha hai, to bhi hamesha muskurati rhti hai, ab bus Manik iska dhyan rakhe aur bahut pyaar de ise."

The Malhotra men saw the amount of love people had for Nandini. Manik was smiling knowing that he had got a golden heart in form of Nandini, he thought he must have done something great or Nandini was the result of his mother's prayers. DJ was smiling amidst the tears. He knew he had chosen a kohinoor for his gem Manik. The Malhotra men came out and saw Nandini teaching a group of children. DJ and Manik stayed back while Raj went back home, it was too much for him to intake, he wanted to share it with Nyonika. While he was moving out thoughts and emotions overpowered him and he sat in a corner. He had his eyes wet. "Nihaal teri beti to mere ghar hi aa rhi hai, par aaj tu nhi hai, mai kaise nazare milau uss bachi se jisne meri jaan bachane ke liye apne maa baap ko diye!" He felt helpless. It was like the sky saw The Raj Malhotra crying for the first time. Suddenly he felt someone beside him with frown lines on the forehead. He could clearly see his state had made the person restless. "Kya hua papa, aap yaha aise?" "Kuch nhi, aapko dekh rha hu, sabko khush krke, apne saare dukh jaise andar band kar liye ho! Aap sach me sherni ho, bilkul jaise vo kehta tha. Vahi pyaari si hasi bhabhi ki tarah, sabka dhyan rkho aur kudh ko bhool jao. Aap jante the na, jab ye rishta hua, vo mai hi tha jise bachate hue aapke captain aur maa aapko chod kar chale gye, aur phir Mukti ki vajah se Nishant...." "Papa, to kya hua agar mai janti thi ya nhi, aap mujhse bade hai, jante hai na ki ye sab humare haath me nhi hai, agar aapke haath me hota kya aap unhe jane dete?" Raj nodded in a big no. "To phir kyu blame game khel rhe hai? Captain yahi chahte the na, mai aapke paas aau, to ab unke ye sapna sach ho rha hai, jaise destiny ne sab plan kiya ho!" Raj smiled amidst his tears. "Aap sach me farishta ho bache." "Vo sab mujhe nhi pta, aur aap na ready ho jao, I have missed my father way too much, ab you have to fill that void, and let me tell you, I have a thousand tantrums!" Nandini said teasingly. Raj laughed out aloud. He hugged her tightly and kissed her forehead. "Obviously aap meri beti ho, jitne tantrums krne hai karo, just keep smiling, ab your happiness is my responsibility, Dadda will get all the happiness of the world on your feet. Aaj se aap Nandini Malhotra hai, Raj Malhotra ki beti" They both smiled, Nandini hugged him tightly with tears in her eyes.  Manik who was going somewhere, saw Nandini and Raj together and heard Raj's last words. He was happy that in such little time Nandini had made such a place for herself in his family.
