The Preparation and Love

Manik and Nandini reached to the royal palace. Manik was gaping as it was not only magnificent but a real beauty. Nandini dropped him at the door and told him that she had a meeting at the Singhnia office and will be back in sometime. Though Manik wanted her to rest but he understood that the work must be important. He was escorted by the darbans in the grand sitting room. Manik saw his family sitting with Nandini's grandparents and many other people he didn't recognise.

Nandini's badima saw him and said,
"Rukiye jamaisa"
Manik was surprised at the endearment.
Suddenly a lady came infront of him and did his aarti while everyone chuckled a laughed.
"Ab aadat daal lijiye beta, aap hum sab se upar aate hai, iss ghar ki jaan ab aapki Jo hai."
Said Nandini's bade papa. Later Manik was introduced to all the family members and now it was the turn of 4 over protective brothers. Manik saw two charming boys coming towards him.
"Hey buddy, Kartik, and ye aapki Nandini ka favourite, Siddharth"

Manik greeted both of them with a small hug.

"Nandini nhi aayi na andar aapke saath"
Manik nodded in a no.
"Hume pta tha, Bach ke bhaag gyi na. Apne saviour ke pass gyi hongi madam."

Badima intervened. "Jayiye aap dono, Manik ko Nandini ka chamber dikha dijiye"
This came as a shock to Manik. Everyone laughed looking at his face.
"Hum orthodox nhi hai bache. Abhi itna kuch hua aap dono ke beech, acha rahega ki aap saath rahe aur samjhe ek doosre ko. Par agar aap nhi rehna chahte to koi baat nhi."

"Nhi nhi, mujhe Nandu ke saath hi rehna hai."
Manik said and everyone teased him. Kartik took him to Nandini's room and stopped outside. He kept his hand on Manik's shoulder and said "Manik, humari cupcake in ne bahut kuch Saha hai, life has been very cruel to her but unhone sab bahut bravely handle Kiya hai.  Don't give upon her, she needs nothing but love. I hope mai aapse itna expect kr sakta hu."
Manik was all in for a shock. After what all he had done to Nandini, still her family was very sweet to him. They never accused or blamed him for anything. He thought this was the understanding Nandini was talking about. She had mentioned about the members many a times in their conversations, he thought of her and planned to text her. He came inside and gaped at the royal beauty infront of him. He saw a big potrait on the wall behind the bed and understood it was Nandini's parents and Nishant. His eyes watered thinking about them. He saw around and realised that Nandini was genuinely treated like princess. Her room was not only grand but shouted class and elegance. He sat on the couch and texted Nandini.

M:- Missing my baby 🥺
N:- When you get so cheesy Malhotra,
PS: Missing you too 🙈🤗
M:- What's up? Done with the meeting?
N:- Yes, I have some irritating people who are just a pain
M:- Aww who's troubling my bacha
N:- Yrr my idiot brothers, they are teasing me, irritating me and not even letting me come home. I want to sleeppppp
M:- Arre bacha, calm down. Come home, I will hug you to sleep 😜🤭
N:- Zayada nhi ud rhe hai aap Mr. Malhotra
M:- Ab kya kare aapki badima ne hi mujhe aapke room me bheja, i have got the lisence baby 😝
N:- 🙄 That's nothing new. My family behaves like everyone is in a new found relationship. You will soon see the couples seeking here & there and the elders, at times there too much coolness embrasses me
M:- 🤣🤣🤣
N:- Haso mat. Acha listen i am leaving, see you soon.
