"Why to stay quiet for that long?!" Alex said as he took some fries. We ended up going to McDonald's.

I and Dante told Alex everything. "Just to see if he'd be honest with me. But I can't just stay quiet anymore. I'm ending everything with him" I mumbled. They both look at each other. Causing me to look up. It's like they're talking through their eyes.

"What happened?" I say looking at Alex then Dante. "Can we beat him up when you break up with him?" In return I glare at them.

"See Dante... Grey and Dash are literal definition of right person, wrong time"

I blankly stare at a wall waiting and thinking. I guess this is what I get for falling in love too fast. It's almost midnight and Dash isn't home. the thought of him cheating on me after everything I did for him, hurt me.

"Hey, Grey. I didn't think you'd stay up." Dash said walking into his room, where I was at. "Hey... how was your meeting? Ran a little long don't you think?" I say crossing my arms.

"You not wrong it did. But you know mafia business" he says changing into some comfortable clothes. Dash comes up to me and tries to hug me.

But I can't hold it in. I slap him right across the face, leaving him shocked. "What was that for?!" He said almost yelling.

I look him in the eye than at the floor. "Do you love me?" I say.

"Of course!"

"Would you ever cheat on me?" I asked. "No! Never!" He didn't even hesitate to lie.

"Liar," I whisper.

"I was at the bar, I saw you kiss Amanda" I stumbled to say. His eyes widened in surprise. "and today. There was no fucking meeting, you went to meet your fucking love!"

"Grey I can explain. I got caught up in the...moment-" I grab his left hand and take off his engagement ring, as well as the matching rings we got. I do the same.

"Our relationship is over Dash" I mumbled before waking out. Tears stream down my face. I did it.

He can fuck Amanda all he wants.

I walk into Dad's office and open the safe to where the rings were before. I put the code in and wait for it to open. I put the engagement rings back into there box.

"Grey? What are you doing?" Dad's voice echoed throughout the entire office. I freeze debating whether I should turn around.

"Oh... um... I was just-"

"Grey turn around" I slowly turn around and make eye contact with those Grey eyes. Dad's eyes travel down to my hands and see the rings.

"What happened?" he shot his eyes back. A single tear falls. I wipe it off fast hoping Dad didn't see. "Nothing" he raises an eyebrow.

"Fine. I'm putting your rings back"

"no shit. Why?"

"Oh. Um." I don't know why. But my gut feeling was telling me not to tell dad what happened. For some reason, I didn't want dad to hurt Dash.

"We decided to break up," I mumbled. Dad's facial expression goes relaxed. "What did he do"

"nothing!" I finish up my task of putting the rings back and I close the safe walking towards Dad now.
