Dash and I sat down as if we were caught doing drugs or some other shit in our room.

"Y'ALL FUCKED!" Dante yelled pacing trying to wrap his head around this.

"Yes..." I say, honestly in this situation Dante is the mom and Alex is the dad.

"Did y'all at least use a condom?!" Alex said. "Oh my god, I'm going," I say, getting up and walking away. "Excuse me, young lady, we're not done here!" Dante yelled.

I spray a tad bit of my favourite Rose perfume on and take a quick look in the mirror. I let out a smile and walked towards my door. I open it and now I'm faced with Dash.

I see that he's wearing a navy blue suit matching my dress. "Ready to go Mr. Russo?" I asked, teasing him with his last name.

"Fuck, Grey you making this so hard" I smirk and lead the way to his car. "Where are we going?" I say putting on my seat belt.

"Surprise" he replied with a wink. He pulled up to a real fancy restaurant. "We didn't have to head over to a real fancy place," I say as we walk in "oh Nonsense. You deserve it,"

"Russo," he said to the waitress at the front. She nodded her head and led the way. Dinner was amazing.

I felt like I connected with Dash. I giggle out at Dash's funny story. "I love your guys' relationship, it's so cute," I say. "How about you any friends back home?" I grabbed a few fries and ate them before answering.

"Um, no. No friends" I managed to say. "During my high school time, I was barely in high school. Due to mom's treatment, I'm surprised I even graduated." I say taking even more of Dash's fries.

"Get your own fries" Dash jokes around "you fucking took them"

me and Dash in the house laughing at random shit only because we're a little drunk. my laugh dies down as I make eye contact with those grey eyes.

"Dad," I say, widening my eyes. Shit what is he doing here?! He's supposed to come back tomorrow

"James... what are you doing here... you were supposed to come tomorrow morning I was supposed to pick you up"

"I did, but I saw my daughter and my left/right hand on a date so I came back earlier," he said disappointed.

"I thought you two hated each other." He crosses his arms. "We do... totally! It's just we got bored staying home and we decided to pull that aside and head out..." I add a nervous chuckle.

"How'd you find out? That we went out" Dash said rubbing the back it his neck

"paparazzi"

I forgot about that.

"Well this was niceeee good night," Dash said slipping through.

This fucker.

I let out another nervous laugh and also slipped through.

The next morning was no more than awkward. Dad still doesn't like the fact we went out.

I was playing with my food around with a spoon when I zoned out thinking about mom. Thinking about memories, how we saw each other every day. Her voice.

Her voice I forgot how it sounded. Her laugh, giggles. Everything. It's starting to fade. I jumped up from my seat and quickly walked to my room to grab my phone.

"Grey!" Dad yelled but I completely ignored him. I pick up my phone and look for the contact

I call the number and wait for voice mail.

"Hi this is Anna I'm not able to answer the phone right now, so please leave a message after the-" beep.

"Hey mom, I miss you." My eyes turn glossy. "I wish you were still here with us." I sat down on the edge of my bed.

"Life has been crazy, I wish I could tell you everything!" I giggle.

Cooper began barking in the middle. "Cooper shhh I'm on an important phone call." I say

"oh yeah! Mom, I forgot to tell you. You have a grandkid now" I laugh. "He's very needy and a little spoiled. Must get it from his dad" referring to Dash. ;)

A smile comes from my mouth. "There's this guy, to which I'll tell you about him next time. Once I find out what we are... it's complicated. I'm an awful daughter mom. I forgot how your lovely soft voice sounded like. I miss you and I love you" I end the call, as silent tears fall off my face.

I hear a knock on the door causing me to jump a tad bit and wipe off the tears. "Come in.." "hey you okay? You ran off..." He said walking in closer.

"Fine, totally fine."

"Liar"

"I'm not lying" I let out a fake laugh. "You don't have to lie to me," Dash said, coming up to me.

"I'm not." He comes up and pecks my lips. "You're cute," he says before leaving.

I walk into my room and call out "Cooper!" With a smile. I searched everywhere and he's not there. My smile falls only because Cooper stays in my room, the only reason if he were to leave is with me. "Cooper!" I yell walking out of my room.

I quickly scan each bedroom, bathroom, literally any room, no sign of him.

"COOPER!" I say panicking. "Dad! Dad Coopers missing" I barge into his room. At this point, everyone is looking for Cooper including Dash.

I come down the stairs trying to think. My eyes brighten when thought of a new idea. I walk out and talk to the guards outside.

"Have you guys seen Cooper?!" I say

"the golden retriever?" One of them speaks up

"YES"

"yeah he walked out...".

"HE WHAT!" I place my hand over my mouth in shock. "Then what the fuck are you guys doing here if you can't keep an fucking eye out!" Dash said yelling at the Guards.

"I'm sorry sir-"

"sorry my ass" he cuts. "It'll never happen again!" The other guard said.

"You're right it won't. Because your all fucking fired!" He snaps at them. "Get out of my face!" He yelled, causing them to jump and runoff. "Dash... he-"

"we'll find him! I promise." Dash said cupping my face and kissing my forehead," he moved back and stepped into his car and drove away. I can't just stay here, I thought.

I checked for my phone which was in my pocket and walked out of the Estate. I began asking people if they saw Cooper.

"Excuse me ma'am have you seen this dog?!" I say showing her a photo. "He has a Diamond collar all around."

"No, I'm sorry dear" I'm starting to lose hope. After half an hour of searching,

Unfortunately Dash didn't text back.

I finally walk back home. "He's gone" I mumbled to dad. A single tear falls down my face.

I sat down on the couch placing my face in my hands.

"I found him!" Dash said holding Cooper. "Oh my god" I ran up to him and grabbed Cooper. Giving Cooper kisses all over and hugging him.

"Thank you Dash!" I say before hugging him with one arm, with the other being busy.

He wraps his arms around my waist.

"No need to thank me." He whispered.
